I haven’t even touched the food yet but the service is so disgusting! There is none!!! I called to place my order, drove 10 min, went in payed, went to the washroom, got them the girl to tell me they can’t make the food with just cheese …ok so you haven’t even started making it now 20min later……so I wait she says ten minutes… I have to ask the girl where my food is. There is literally not a soul in the restaurant and she takes longer to pack up my food getting all the condiments together. With the filthy guacamole container I can only imagine what the food tastes like. Get in a better moods lady…. It’s a ripple effect and I’ll never come back.

Small local Mexican restaurant. We had the quesabirria and Torta combo. Alot tasty food at a great price. I would definitely return and support local restaurants.

Rude employees, food needs a revamp, it tasted old to like if they reheated it in the microwave, rice was some of the worst I had, meat was ok at best, so many better places in Chicago why come here.

I will never return here again. They are incredibly high priced and charge for everything. Your second basket of chips is $3 and salsa is an extra $1.99. They don't offer salsa Verde with your meals and that is an additional charge. The waitress was not very attentive, we were the only table there and she messed up my sister's order. For 2 adults and 1 child our bill was $65. The guacamole was salty and they did not provide a lot of chips with it. They also serve warm tap water. I was not pleased with my tacos de asada but the rice and beans were exceptionally good. Even with that I will never return there again to be ripped off.

Went a little further than I planned and was disappointed. Service could be better. More importantly though, the food could be much better. My steak was on the tough side. It's a thin steak that doesn't need cooked very long. I will say, the rice was pretty good.
I'm a big salsa fanatic, and did not care for theirs at all. Seemed to be jalapenos in water. Had some spice to it but that's it. No tomatillos, didn't see onions either. Didn't have any sort of tang at all. Could've used some lime or something

This is one of the best meals out I've had in ages. We tried the birria tacos, a taco al pastor, and a gordita barbacoa and each was worth writing home about. The woman working cooked all the food and served us. She was patient and kind about our lack of Spanish and an attentive server even while cooking! They have great breakfast deals and can make food to go as well! Tortillas are made in house and are incredible.

Love love love, this is a hidden gem. I sincerely ask everyone to come here. They fill up your tacos to the max so it’s worth paying for. The tortillas are hand made, always had specials. I love las tripas and chicharrones de salsa verde. The tacos here taste like from Mexico. And the torta, i give a 10, it’s not small like at many other places

They should adjust the hours, it says they close at 11 pm for this reason I decided to drive there, I arrived at 9:10 the front gate was closed

This was my wife’s and I first time here and let me say the food is amazing! The waitress was very nice and attentive, we got carne asada which is severed with rice, beans and a salad and they also give you hand made tortillas, and we also got a taco dinner 2 steak and 1 al pastor very good and flavorful! We mentioned to the waitress it was our first time at this place and she came back with three small birria tacos for my wife and I to try. The tacos were soooo good we ordered more. Overall we will most definitely come back to this place! Food is great service was great and the place is nice and cozy. Thank you so much to the staff.
