Horrible customer service. Advised the manager Denice that my shake was terrible and I had to throw it away. I requested a vanilla shake and the manager did not offer me one and did not even acknowledge the fact I had even said anything. The counter girl is equally as rude.

It is generally good, quick eats, and you know they "have the meat". Those I tend to stay away from their specialities sandwiches and stick to the old classics. Staff is not overly friendly though not rude by any means. If you order mozzeralla sticks it does add quite a bit of time to get your order.
