As far as hotel restaurant food goes this was very solid. The bartender was also incredibly nice and efficient. I really enjoyed my sandwich. The Mac and cheese was okay, but I probably would try a different side next time. I appreciated that it was open when I wanted to grab a later dinner without leaving the hotel.
My family and myself our 1st time eating here. Food. 100%. Our witness was so sweet and professional we will definitely come back We. Thank you
The closest bar to the convention center. It is in the convention center at the exit.
A little more than we normally spend but service was excellent, food was fantastic and almost more than we could eat. It was very convenient. Didn't have to leave hotel on a cold night for food!
As someone who loved their time in the Mediterranean the next time I’m craving a good pita I am coming here.
The pita is so fluffy and warm, balanced with the crispness of the greens, the fresh/bold flavor of the taziki, and the tenderness of the chicken it makes for a beautiful plate but an even better bite. (Tomato’s not feature due to personal preference)
The staff are personable and helpful. I love it here!
I ordered a Diet Pepsi and I’m still waiting for it. We are forced to tip and the food was overly salty
The food was actually pretty great. I had their normal burger and the Chicago dog, both with fries. Everything tasted good and looked good and came out at a perfect temperature.
The only downside was their service. It's a seat yourself place which is fine, however, the attentiveness from sitting to paying was WAAAY below what it should be for that atmosphere. One day I went during lunch rush so it was pretty understandable it would take time but the second visit there were only around 7 people (can seat around 75 I'd guess) and a majority of my time was waiting for service.

Surprisingly good food, but it's fairly pricy.

Service is good, food is fine, but it's frusterating that a place that is expensive as it is can't fix its TVs. This is the second day in a row that this is down.
Seriously, how tight is your budget that you can't fix 2 TVs quickly.
Unfortunately all of the seats with a view of the working TV are taken so there's no way for me to unwind and watch some sports here.

One of the restaurants in the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago. It was the only full service restaurant that was open for lunch and dinner. The head chef/food runner was a lovely gentleman who gave us tips on what to order. The best dishes were the Asian salmon rice bowl, Chicago hotdog, garlic truffle fries and the deserts. The crispy chicken sandwich was over fried…or fried twice (6 hours before l ordered it, then again 10 minutes before l ordered it). I should’ve ordered the regular burger instead of the gourmet one, as the burger was not as good as the regular burger. My iced tea was mixed with Pepsi or Coke, for some reason. When you’ve had a busy day attending a conference, and sight seeing, and you come back to the hotel hungry and exhausted, Arc Bar is not a bad choice. Just choose wisely.

Well appointed hotel with amazing views of the Chicago skyline if you are lucky enough to get a room facing Lake Michigan.
Great place. Bar good. Drinks good. Food was great.

Terrible bar service. I feel bad if this is your hotel bar. The bald dude with the tattoos was the rudest bartender I’ve ever seen and I’m a 6 year food industry girl. Just saying
