I want to give a special shoutout to Darryl who served me on two occasions at Arc Bar. He has a strong work ethic. Prides himself on providing a high level of customer service. And is without a doubt the kindest, most personable member of the staff at Hyatt McCormick. I thoroughly enjoyed his company and hope that he is soon rewarded for his excellence. Hold on to people like Darryl!!
As far as hotel restaurant food goes this was very solid. The bartender was also incredibly nice and efficient. I really enjoyed my sandwich. The Mac and cheese was okay, but I probably would try a different side next time. I appreciated that it was open when I wanted to grab a later dinner without leaving the hotel.

The service is ridiculously quick. We had eaten here three nights and one lunch with it packed wall to wall and food came out at super speed. They must have a massive crew in the back. The staff is also very friendly.
Out of all the food choices we had, I'd suggest the fig and prosciutto flatbread, and the butternut squash mac and cheese.
