I went here after a long, tiring day and I was glad I did. I was actually going to get non-milk tea but got lured by the promise of almonds in Mate Late. It was a wise decision. I loved it. The location of this place is convenient. I sat in the store for a long time enjoying my tea. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Will definitely go again.

This place is going down hill! They close every other day because the air conditioner doesn't work. And no chairs and tables on the sidewalk this summer but the other cafes and coffee shops on the street have them. And when you call to ask if they're open they don't answer the phone. This used to be a great spot but something happened.

Terrific service and unique tea selection. I enjoy their special menu, particularly the mohitea (a play on the mohito). It's refreshingly sweet and made with sparkling water.

When your home WiFi is off and you must finish work, do NOT go ArgoTea. The noise there is unbearable. WiFi is not that fast too.

Good place to get work done. Wish there was some kind of refill option for discount or something.

I used to have a Argo tea by my old school until they closed it and another place was open there and I was so sad. I'm so glad I found this Argo tea because I love their drinks! This one is great too since it's nice and big with a lot of open windows to work and have natural light shine through. My drink was so good!!

Super friendly staff, and all-round good vibes--great spot for a coffee or tea break!

This place would shine a lot more if the premises where more clean and cleaned often. The place is usually not too busy. You will be if you are expecting your tea to taste the same every time.

This Argo tea is located at the perfect spot between Broadway and W Briar with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and your order comes out quick, but the space is some what small in the main room. Extra seating is in the side rooms. In the spring/summer they have outside seating, which is nice. Love the chocolate mint tea!

Great place to work between a coffee or two at the computer!!! Super chill with great music!

Allows dogs to sit on the furniture - unsanitary!!! On a gray snowy day a man was allowed to put his dog with dirty wet feet on the chair where people will sit. This is nasty Argo tea! No one wants to sit on a dirty chair! Not to mention that this is surely in violation on Chicago sanitation standards for restaurants!

So much tea to choose from, plus other goodies. I've come here a couple times and it's been great every time. I order some tea, grab a seat and get some work done. It's never been too crowded, loud, or dirty. The staff is friendly.

I wasn't expecting this Argo Tea to be so big. I thought it was small because there are a lot of places on Broadway and they have to squeeze into smaller spaces. I was surprised they had one side on a riser and then there was more seating along the back when you head to the bathroom. I saw that getting the teas in the glassware in the cold cases were cheaper than buying a drink in a cup. The barista was super sweet to tell me to buy a second one because it would only be a $1 more since she had a code I could use to get the discount. I'm not a fan of ginger at all and there were quite a few left in the case. I got the Mojitea and Green Tea Strawberry. the Mojitea tasted a little off, but I think that it would have been better like super cold with real mint leaves and ice - you know, more of the drink experience. I haven't tried the green tea strawberry, but I'm excited for it. Pretty clean bathrooms for a public place that people go to. Around 8pm at night, it was clean and that's nice. You have to make a purchase to get the code, though.

Yes, they have coffee here, but the focus is more on their tea offerings, as the name suggests. They offer plenty of brewed teas that have varying levels of caffeine. I found the green and Armenian mint teas to be quite refreshing and soothing. There are also more intensely crafted, progressively calorific offerings like fruity tea concoctions, kombucha drinks, lattes, and even bubble teas. But if you're into tea, plain and simple, this is a good place to sample a variety of offerings. Service is also friendly and fast. A great find thanks to all you Yelpers out there!
