Argot is welcome addition to the Lincoln Commons area in Lincoln Park situated in the courtyard near equinox on Lincoln. Food was good, but they have a very limited menu. I had the steak and others had some seafood noisy.

The interesting part is it being connected Verve wine is that you cannot purchase wine in the wine shop and drink it in the restaurant without occurring in an additional $25 corking fee. Seems very limited since it’s connected and the restaurants...
This might be my new go-to chill, local date night spot! All the things we loved:
- The atmosphere; the space is really chic and there's something cool about being inside of a wine store, too :)
- I'm French and thought the food was EXCELLENT
- The menu was so vegetable-forward in the best way. We tried so much that was on the menu and left feeling great rather than weighed down
- Favorite bites: The mushroom "escargot" and...
Incredible food, amazing cocktails and wine selection, and great service in an adorable space. We went for brunch and both the Croque Madame and Leek Quiche were heavenly. Now I can't wait to try dinner!
