Artemios Bakery is a hidden gem in Wrigleyville. It’s unassuming from the outside, but everything I’ve tried has been consistently delicious. They have an impressive variety of sweet and savory pan dulces, and you can tell everything is fresh — they’re baking throughout the day.
The conchas are a standout: pillowy soft, huge, and absolutely perfect. The danishes are massive and packed with flavor, easily some of the best I’ve had. My personal favorites, though, are the sweet cakes — simple, comforting, and just so good every time.
On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes you get. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or stocking up for the weekend, Artemios never disappoints. Highly recommend.
