This is my third and last time at this restaurant. I came here because the food was good, but the service from the cashier was terrible. Unpleasant, constantly grumpy, and bitter. I think the way they treat you here is disrespectful. From start to finish, if there was anything worse than 0, that would be the rating.

I ordered the shrimp tacos. It was one of the best tacos ive ever had. The shrimp was well seasoned, very tender, had a nice flavor, and had a nice kick to it. The food came with chips and 2 salsas. The chips were nothing special, however the salsas were very authentic. They were nice and spicy and tasted fresh. Overall a very good meal. Great customer service and almost no wait for the food. Highly recommend this place.

My go to for my Mexican/American lunch cravings. Super delicious, fresh, and flavorful! Had a Santa Fe salad! Also prices are super reasonable and portions are generous! Halal too!

I really liked this place, I recommend the tacos de asada. My friends ate the tacos de pollo and my friend got a side of guacamole. It was all yummy

Dropped about $23 on an Asada steak burrito and a chicken bowl at Asada Mexican Grill in the Loop. Burrito was packed with juicy steak, beans and pico, super fresh. Chicken bowl had perfect rice, black beans, guac and salsa that popped. Staff were friendly and fast, felt like they cared. Solid portion sizes and just enough flavor kick. Definitely my go‑to lunch spot now.

Asada Mexican Grill is a go-to spot for authentic Mexican flavors in the Loop. I recently grabbed their Asada Steak Burrito for $11.99, and it was packed with juicy steak, refried beans, rice, cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream—definitely hit the spot. The Baja Shrimp Tacos, also $11.99, were loaded with seasoned shrimp, red cabbage, pico, onion, cilantro, and lime—super fresh and tasty. For a quick, satisfying meal, this place is hard to beat.

Had the pleasure to eat at an event catered by Asada Grill. For the event of over 200 people they did a fine job serving. Love the tacos as well as the bowls. Amazing service. Will definitely eat here.

They were also nice in replacing their usual Mechanically Slaughtered chicken with Hand Slaughtered Zabiha Halal Chicken while absorbing the cost difference.

A corporate event on Eid Celebration was organized on 04/08/2025 in Motorola Mobility's office in Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Asada Mexican Grill served fresh & hot lunch to 170 guests on the spot. They brought their portable cooking stations to serve the food warm. Fish/chicken/steak Taco & Steak/Chicken/Veggie Bowl were served. Each and every guest highly appreciated the quality of food. Each plate was stuffed with plenty of fish or meat irrespective of the bowl or taco. A team of fout from Asada Grill served the food quite efficiently within a span of 1 hours to all 170 guests without causing too long of a line or any excessive delay.

We, the organizers, were extremely happy with the reasonable rate of the food and the quality of the service. Mr. Sharif, the owner of Asada Grill, was supervising the entire process by himself. I would strongly recommend everyone to cater Asada Mexican Grill's delicious menu in your next event, whether it's a corporate event or an in-house get together. Give them an opportunity at least once to host a successful event. I can guarantee your guests would love their excellent food and even better service. I know lately they served our tenants Grainger multiple times in various corporate events during the past couple of months. Received positive feedback from those events as well.
