It's a breath of fresh air to have something other than hotdogs or Mexican food in the Ridge. They have a great menu and they take the effort to make every dish perfect. Their Sunday brunch buffet is also excellent and well worth the price.

A Culinary Adventure at ASH Gastropub: Where Industrial Rustic Meets Gastronomic Delight. ASH Gastropub is a hidden culinary gem that seamlessly blends an industrial rustic aesthetic with a lively atmosphere, making it a must-visit for those seeking a unique dining experience. The moment you step in, the undeniably charming decor grabs your attention. Exposed brick walls, metal accents, and an industrial vibe set the stage for an inviting and trendy ambiance. The vivacious atmosphere at ASH Gastropub is a delightful experience in itself. The open and airy space, coupled with a well-stocked bar, creates a lively vibe that is perfect for unwinding with friends or savoring a solo dining adventure. The industrial-chic aesthetic, combined with thoughtful design choices, fosters a welcoming environment that invites patrons to relax and enjoy their time. As a first-time visitor, I decided to venture into uncharted culinary territory and opted for the Cajun Broiled Shrimp served over handmade fettuccini with a creamy Alfredo sauce. Let me tell you, each bite was a revelation. The star of the plate, Each plump shrimp is delicately seasoned with a Cajun blend, offering a perfect balance of smokiness, heat, and savory spices. Accompanying the shrimp is a bed of handmade fettuccini that elevates the dish to another level. The pasta, cooked to a flawless al dente, possesses a tender yet satisfying bite. Its handmade nature adds a rustic touch, emphasizing the commitment to quality and craftsmanship in the kitchen. Completing the ensemble is the creamy Alfredo sauce that blankets the shrimp and fettuccini. Its velvety texture serves as a perfect canvas to carry the bold Cajun flavors while adding a comforting and indulgent element to the dish. As you savor each mouthful, the combination of the Cajun-spiced shrimp, handmade fettuccini, and creamy Alfredo sauce creates a harmonious burst of flavors. The dish is a celebration of contrasts – the heat from the Cajun seasoning, the creaminess of the sauce, and the perfect bite of the pasta come together in a culinary crescendo that leaves a lasting impression. Having discovered ASH Gastropub, I am ecstatic to have found a new culinary haven to return to. It's more than just a place to dine; it's a hidden gem where industrial chic meets gastronomic excellence and I am eager to explore more of the menu on future visits. ASH Gastropub has certainly earned its place as a true hidden gem, and I look forward to many more delightful experiences at this unique establishment.

Came for the breakfast brunch buffet. Our waitress was super nice and friendly, kept the champagne coming for our mimosas. There were plenty of food options including the basic American breakfast foods (egg, bacon, sausage, pancakes) which were all standard-nothing special. The bananas foster French toast, Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts and smoked wings were our favorite. The place is nice and it's a great place to catch up with friends over a solid boozy brunch. Glad to have them in the Garfield Ridge area!

Nice place . The Brussels sprouts didn't taste great . I rather have them in a Brussels instead a bunch of leaves . Salmon pasta dish was under cooked. Elotes fries were pretty good

What a pleasant surprise! We had some time to kill before an airport pickup and popped into this place. Ordered three apps and a soup. They were all excellent. Great food at ASH!

Food was delicious. Service was great until they started to get busy around 7:30pm and then it was hard to get help but overall experience was very nice.

Slowest service I've ever experienced. Went on a Saturday night with my bf, and the restaurant was not crowded at all as it was already 7pm. Despite that, it took ages to be greeted by our server and for our drink orders to be taken. Our server was extremely forgetful - we ordered one cocktail for drinks, and then one plate of vodka pasta (it was the special that day) and one order of the bang bang chicken sandwich. No modifications or anything, but our server came back at least 3 times clarifying the order because she didn't write it down. The food took over 30 minutes to come out, and it was mediocre at best so it just wasn't worth the wait nor the poor service by the waitstaff. I paid with my debit card, and at first the charge was on my account, then it disappeared, and then it suddenly charged it again with my tip included. I find it weird that they processed my payment over a week after I dined in. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend. Had high hopes for this place, and I'm pretty disappointed overall.

We live just a mile or so away, but decided to try it for the first time today. I must say that the food was delicious and the portions were fairly generous. I got the chicken madiera and my wife the grilled salmon. My chicken dish was very tasty, but my wife's salmon was the best that I have ever tasted anywhere. Suffice it to say, next time I will be getting the salmon! The prices were a bit higher than the average restaurants in this neighborhood, but probably worth it given how good the food was. My only suggestion is it would be nice if their appetizer portion of the menu offered a soup or small salad.
