Mostly a take out place but I wanted to be seated for lunch. And they had plenty of seating available. I wanted to try some of their unusual dishes but it was my first visit so I decided to go with something standard I could judge them by. I had the fried crab rangoon and chicken red curry. Both were some of the best I've had in Chicago. Actually the crab rangoon was the best I've has anywhere. This is a great local Thai place. Don't miss it!

The first time I had the food here, it was amazing. I’ve been to Che Thai about 10 times in the past five months—great service every time!

Some of my favorites are the Tom Yum soup, Basil Fried Rice, and Tom Yum Rice. The wings are good too!

There are a few women who work here, but there’s one in particular who is so nice. I absolutely love when she prepares my food—it’s always consistently good 😊.

I don’t leave reviews unless I’m very, very, disappointed. I will admit, I will probably never go back here. This comes from someone who has lived in Chicago my whole life. I hate to talk crap about a local restaurant, as I respect them, and I hope this motivates them to move in the right direction to ensure quality for everyone. Order was placed Friday afternoon fyi
