Everything is very good, the only problem is the parking space, it is very small, but it is a good place to eat and have breakfast, while you have fun watching the robot that brings the food to your table.

I always go on Tuesdays but this time I went on Sunday the food was very good as alwaysBut the terrible waitress with a very bad attitude spoke well to the others at our table. She was just passing by. I asked her for a coffee. She answered me very angry. She didn't have her notebook to write down the orders. Only her memory failed her because she asked me again. ??

I placed a 2 breakfast order (to go) and they forgot to give me tortillas. When I called them they said at best they can just offer an apology and to drive all the way back when its super inconvenient for me as Im already a decent distance away. Karen said drive back and we’ll hand them to you and made it seem like Im being unreasonable when I asked if they could offer a discount on an additional order to make the trip worth it. Like my car doesn’t need gas and my time is valuable. Oh well, I guess a gesture of kindness couldn’t wasn't as important as profits.

I recently started working here in Chicago on 3rd shift at a nearby hospital. Came here after a long night of work and was NOT disappointed! Food, service & atmosphere are amazingly wonderful! Brings me joy to sit here and sip on fresh coffee which has a subtle hint of cinnamon. Food is so fresh and their corn tortillas are legit!!

Working night shift nearby so we have been stopping in for breakfast. Absolutely fantastic authentic Mexican food and service. They open at 8am and we are generally one of the first ones inside. Almost every morning they are packed by 8:30-8:45. Fantastic place!

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed having a late lunch here. I am pretty stuck in my ways as I get older, so I went with my usual Carne a La Tampiqueña. It was delicious. So were the chips and salsa. My friend and her brother both loved what they ordered as well. I didn't take any photos. I can't say the the space is worth photographing, and the outside leaves you wondering if they are even open. However, the service is top notch. It was so busy in there and our waitress didn't miss a beat. The most interesting part about Atardecer Acapulqueno is the robot that delivers the food to the table. I'm not sure if you can take your own food off of it, but the waitress did come around to put the plates on our table. We didn't wait but half a second for that. I have to laugh because I thought the robot was strange, and the waitress kept looking at the robot with mixed feelings as well. I would watch every time the kitchen sent it out. I think it's a cool addition because the waitress does not have to carry the heavy plates out. If you're in the neighborhood, I recommend you stop in for a bite.
