Metha was very patient with me. I wasnt familiar with the menu. She explained it well and suggested what's usual favorites from menu. Very happy experience here.

Like others have mentioned; confusing layout to the store. They did not give us coffee cups and only later told us it was self serve. Several of the flasks were empty. The 'Good egg' breakfast option / sandwich was good.

This location on Madison in Chicago barely had any to go boxes, pretty empty. Went there twice different times. I won't try again.
