I’m an Uber Eats driver, and I had a very bad experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. When I arrived to pick up an order, the staff were working very slowly and completely ignored me for about 20 minutes. They didn’t acknowledge me or give any updates on the order — it felt like I wasn’t even there. After that, I even received a bad review because of the delay, which wasn’t my fault. This kind of treatment is really unfair and unprofessional. I hope the management trains the staff to treat delivery drivers with respect and prepare orders on time.

I had a very bad experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. The staff were really disrespectful and didn’t treat customers politely. On top of that, the food area looked dirty, and the way the food was being made didn’t seem clean at all. It made me lose my appetite and feel uncomfortable eating there. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both the service and cleanliness.

New location, very clean and kind staff. Prices are a little higher than others Auntie Anne's/ cinnabon but glad I stopped by to try them, this is the first location that I see them both at the same place.
Honestly this place and location and staff is horrible idk how these people on here rating it 5 stars is bull cinnamon nuggets dry no seasoning what's so ever and the regular pretzel as well rude service went back to exchange and said it's different price but it wasn't at all it was the same price I'm looking at it just stick to the mall for auntie ann
