A lady running by ran in to me as I was leaving the counter and knocked my bag out of my hands. They stopped me and replaced my pretzel bites without charge. Great staff!

These things are like two days old, so hard to chew, I tried 4 and had to throw the rest away.
The server Eliona was very very rude, did give me the sauce too. In her unwelcoming tone listening-to music with a pretentious āhate my jobā look , she said āthis is what we got, we donāt carry smallā
As a frequent traveler now i know what to avoid here.

There were two gentlemen at terminal 2 gate F6 I believe I was in line waiting for a few minutes, nobody came to assist me. Then two customers walked up and the tall guy assisted them. I said am I in wrong line, I was here first. Tall guy said inna rude tone that he asked if he could assist me but I probably couldnāt hear because I had headphones on. You see me standing by the checkout, clearly Iām here to be served so if I didnāt hear why didnāt you approach to say āhow can I help?ā And why respond in a rude way? Also, why would you help others behind me in middle of the line? I walked to register like I always do to order at this Annieās, where the check out is. One day these employees are going to be rude to the wrong customer and it wonāt be a good look

Food was good service was rude. women was being rude behind the counter telling me to step down to the next register when there was still a customer paying and I was not going to stand in there personal space she was not nice about it when she said it three more times more demanding not a please or an understanding whatsoever.

It seems that it was open in Japan until a few years ago, but this was my first time using it here. Each "MINI PRETZEL DOGS" was bigger than I expected, and the sausage was chewy and filling. I didn't order it this time, but I think it would be even more enjoyable if eaten with ketchup or another sauce. I look forward to the resumption of business in Japan.

The younger lady at the register was just nasty and she had a horrible smell to her, we ordered the pepperoni bites and when we bit into one it was nasty hard and just tasted old. When asked how long they have been on the warmer she stated they were fresh so I asked for fresh ones due to the price I just paid and she had the worse attitude possible.

That black guy said front of my daughter that im ugly asian my daughter cried all day because of this sheās 6 years old and someone told about her mom this. Iāll never forget this bad experience. I hope youāll get or pay it back very soon!

The pretzel is the normal Auntie Anneās pretzel, delicious. They had several people working, and they were great. They give a Veterans discount, thank you. I didnāt have any issues.

Burned and stale. Not anything like it should be.
Young lady that was wearing a bandana was extremely rude towards me. She had her headphones on and on her phone cussing with her coworkers. I said hello and ask for a cup of ice water please. She had the nastiness attuide all the time in T2 andT3 with me for no reason. I work at the airport that's not how your suppose to represent O'Hare next time I'm going to complain to corporate so I hope she reads this
