I just went in to pick up my order, 1 girl and 1 man were working, they didn't talk and didn't look at me, they served the people who came after me and didn't look at me Very irresponsible workers

Walked in at 2pm on a Sunday and zero pretzels are made...Just pretzel bites in cups and nothing else...2 workers just standing around talking and on cell phone because place is empty...They said they could make a pretzel from scratch if I wanted to wait...No thanksThe 1 stars is because it smelled good and it was nice getting out of the bitter cold and coming into a warm spot in the water tower.

Got the pepperoni nuggets & they weren’t good. Would highly recommend if you’re not getting sweet items to get sauce to go w/ it. They don’t taste good by themselves. It’s not worth $8.99 plus tax. Sauce should come w/ them. The whole time they played Mexican music, assuming that was being done because most of the employees looked Mexican. It’s not a Mexican restaurant, so I feel like the music selection should be more diverse.

Terrible experience. The staff was rude and did not care about the customers. They had no patience and were very audacious. In addition to that, although the pretzels were decent, it made it very hard to enjoy them as any kind of sauce was $2+ extra and water was another $4. These prices were ridiculous, even for downtown Chicago.Would not recommend at all. Stay away from here if you can.

Was really craving a pretzel after work the other day, drove almost 30 minutes in traffic to satisfy the craving!I got the regular pretzel bites, spicy cheese dip, and a Diet Coke. In total was about $14. Pretty expensive if I'm honest. Of course, it tasted just as good as I remembered.Service was very quick, since everything is ready made.I don't recommend it at this price, it seems too pricy to me. BUT hard to find pretzels elsewhere this good!

Its on the 7th floor. As always good and perfect for a quick bite.

Loved the pretzels and the drink.

Every single time I’ve stopped in, they have no pretzels - it’s always “any pretzel will be a 10 minute wait”. You may want to have some pretzels on hand if you’re a pretzel place

They were ok. The pretzel bites tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile but still good

my friends ordered on line 2 separate orders and paid for 2 cheese sauces per person. I asked the guy are the cheese sauces in the bag he was like yes. I did not want to open the bag up because it was stapled, of course I got back to my destination and no cheese sauces in the bag. Then I ordered a pretzel with no salt and a cheese sauce I began to eat the pretzel and why is it full of salt. Just terrible I tried calling no answer just terrible service.

Awesome snacks when shopping in this mall since not much going on except to grab a snack on the go and some liquids for rehydration since majority you are just walking around this empty space. Friendly staff, clean as can be, always fresh and hot. Never an issue when I stop in every other week since I live in the area. Thanks Water Tower Auntie Anne's Staff!

It was a quick stop, the shop was moderately busy, there were no customers queuing up to the counter, where an amiable staff greeted me cheerfully. I just ordered an Original Pretzel, that was consumed a bit later, it was good, but I've had better pretzels at some other Auntie Anne's shops. In any case, the pretzel was fresh made, and for me that was enough to enjoy it. The price of a pretzel has gone up: the total of $6.69 (with tax) seems to be quite high, but these days we often pay even higher prices for the food of much lower quality. I didn't get the refreshing drink at this shop, although the menu offered quite a variety of those. The shop is nicely appointed, the location is on Level 7 in Water Tower Place on N Michigan Ave.

Service was terrible. When I arrived they had a salted pretzel in a bag that someone had ordered and never picked up. Instead of throwing the pretzel away they put it back in the warmer and when I ordered a roasted garlic and Parmesan pretzel they took the salted pretzel and covered it in roasted garlic and Parmesan. $5.99 for a pretzel that was not fresh is ridiculous and outright unacceptable.

I stopped in for some pretzel nuggets late in the day, so most of Water Tower Place was empty but they still had a wait. The person who helped me was friendly, and there was no issue redeeming my rewards from the app. The pretzel nuggets were the same as any other Auntie Anne's, but a little more work to get them since you have to go all the way up to the 7th floor.
