I ordered from DoorDash and I received the order and to start off they didn’t give my driver the drink I ordered and paid for,three different types of nuggets and they’re all burned, that actually takes talent and lastly when I went to see my hot cheese, I was given cream cheese. That was the final straw, never ordering from here again and I’m waiting for reimbursement supposedly.

What a disguised lady, I always buy pretzels and I get free pretzels, so today I decided to go get my free one and buy a drink and she denied me my free one by telling me to wait for 20 minutes even though they had a lot of pretzels on the displa, also they place smell nasty ? please corporate check on them how they treat people.

Ordered 45minutes before closing time. They said they didn't have enough time to make 2 pretzels. Tried to order online, paid for my order. They still refused to make it. I even saw a grubhub driver come to pick up an order and they didn't have anything prepared. Stay away from this

I have never had a good experience here .I’m always standing in line waiting to be asked “what can I get for you or even acknowledge ?, the old guy (who you will always see sitting down) and women just exchange looks and giggle while you are waiting alone and they are talking to each other or on their phones ,Mind you the whole food court is dead empty …. I order 3 pretzel and the guy forcibly wanted me to get something else from the case .I told him no thank you and he kept adding more time to when my food will be readyWent from 10 min to 45 min ? and I told him it was fine and he got mad that I wanted to wait but I waited because I still had to do more shopping … and they don’t give you a receipt of what you paid for did feel like they overcharged me

It was horrble, unfresh, stale and burnt pretzels. The staff are all rude and tell you what they are going to give you instead of what you actually want and they snap on customers. I was waiting in line and witnessing the horrble service so me and my bf left because we didn't want to deal with them. We aren't confrontational.

They can't give correct orders. Had a missing pretzel and all 4 drinks were wrong and tasted horrible. We ordered 4 frozen salted caramel chocolate drinks and received 4 watery lemonade slushies w whip cream and caramel drizzle. Their phone is also disconnected so they can't be contacted.
