Dirty store, burnt pretzels and not to mention it is extremely overpriced compared to other locations. While I was waiting for my order, the lady who was making the pretzels dropped one of the pretzels and after she picked it up from the ground she quickly looked around before deciding to throw it out. If she hasn’t see me looking at her I’m not sure where that pretzel would end up…. I will not be back again for sure…..

So I ordered thru uber eats .. looks like they had a promotion it was buy 2 for 1 on bonbites. So i ordered that with a few more items. Added a strawberry mango refresher . That it looks like they have a promotion for it .. they ended up canceling the order. Saying they're having online technical issues. OK.. so I waited and tried 2 place order again A few hours later.. AGAIN they canceled it.. I took the refresher out and placed the order again they finally accepted it. My thing is why have a promotion but not honor it.. they kept canceling order cuz of refresher.. but instead of temporary taking down site 2 fix their online issue they kept canceling it..I really wanted the refresher drink .. I posted pics 4 proof. .. u can see time and dates on pics how they kept canceling order they only excepted when I took the refresher out

My visit at this location had to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. Location is everything but when the team lacks training it shows. The wait was long to order, simply because there’s no system in place; which overall impacts the customer service given( which was poor). Overall appearance of the store could be better along with presentation of goods. I had to purchase extra icing for the Cinnabons due to the lack of icing. I had also asked if they could be warmed but and the team member stated it’s already warm. I simple shook my head and disbelief, knowing that it was not completely warm all the way through just the bottom because it’s sitting on a warmer. One thing I try not to display is the fact that I know food service as well as I do when stepping into establishments, but I don’t like to be played as a fool. Sadly the pretzels didn’t look any better but being a former AUNTIE ANNE’S employee I would gladly love to join the team again to come in to train the overall crew for the “GoToFoods” company and it’s franchisees. Please don’t ask me for date and time to look into the matter because what’s done is done! The overall objective is to train properly from day one and stick with it; we all have bad days but we must be mindful of who we hire to run our establishments when we aren’t present! “We all know better, so we should collectively do better”!

In my experience, service at this location can be slow at times HOWEVER it's because they are usually making my order fresh so the quality of the food makes up for the time it takes.

I like it here. It does get crowded when the kids are out of school but definitely quiet on the weekend. I like this place because the food is served fresh and hot. The employees are nice to you and the portions are nice size and well worth the money.

I ordered 4 cinnabuns and 3 pretzels. They said 5 min but it was almost 30 and the pretzels were terrible. They werent cooked fully and they just tasted terribleI normally love auntie annes but not this location.The cinnabons were dry and the bottom was crusted and hard. Tasted terrible and obviously was not fresh.

Went here and this is what I received. I ordered two Caramel PecanBon and a Blueberry Lemonade. It wasn’t fresh I’m very disappointed.
