No one is making my order, and the milk tea taste like water syrup mixture??

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stood at front desk for over 10 minutes until someone spoke to me to see what I needed and was given attitude and was told to wait another 10 minutes and gave my order to someone else at first and realized they messed up. Cant judge the food because the service was so bad. Would not go back.

One order took more than 30 minutes, and the server was rude when I went over to ask about the order. If you want to get some respect and service go somewhere else. My money was not appreciated there.

Mango shaved ice is extremely tasty and portions are generous. Laidback atmosphere, perfect destination for a quick snack or dessert!

The taro milk tea used real taro. I like the milk tea and the texture of boba -very soft. But I understand not everyone like soft texture boba.

This place has some fantastic shaved ice
desserts and great beverages. I'm addicted to the grapefruit slushy...the taro and boba milk tea shaved ice was fantastic. It's extra authentic when the red bean shows up in the center of it.

I ordered takeout today (#61) for 16 pieces of chicken wings but only received 8 pieces. Additionally, the phone number listed here is not working, making it impossible to communicate with the store.

Food is really good!

Although some people come here for their sweet drinks and desserts, do not miss the opportunity to try their delicious meals.

They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. Time to try a healthy side of lunch.

Dragon Fruit Watermelon Slushy with Cheese Foam

It was a well-balanced nutritious meal of meat, rice, and vegetables that come packed in these really cute mugs.

The drinks are delicious, and the presentation can't be beat. Be sure to pick your sugar content.

There was plenty of food, we had the light spice option, and there was still plenty of heat on the meals.

Go for the drinks, stay for the food!

VERY Friendly staff. Amazing food. Fair prices. Spacious area, wifi, outlets. What more can you ask for? The chicken is out of this world and is probably the best korean fried chicken I know in chicago. The drinks are amazing as well. This place NEVER misses.

Look no further for tasty desserts in the Chicago area! This is the perfect stop for something savory or sweet, especially this spring and summer.

What I tried:
Bear in bathtub
Crispy Chicken w yogurt sauce
Chicken Fried noodles
Boba tea - Strawberry milk
Shaved Ice cream - strawberry matcha

Their fried chicken is wow! It’s fried perfectly. The crunch and seasoning- ??? I had to try the yogurt sauce because I was so curious about it and what I loved is that it gave a well balanced cooling effect to the spice from the chicken (which you can opt to have not spicy). I loved that the Bear in the bathtub wasn’t overly sweet! It was a very nice balance of flavors that I could indulge in without a sugar rush!

Stop by and grab something to eat and tell em that Bri from Planes and Plates sent you!
