Picnic Digital Food Court - Avondale

This was the worst experience of my life.
I waited for my order for over an hour. I had placed it in advance on UberEats so it would be ready for pickup when I arrived. But when I got there, there were a bunch of delivery drivers picking up their orders, and nobody seemed to care about regular customers like me. I waited for a whole hour — no one gave me any updates, no one even spoke to me. And in the end, they just canceled my order. I didn’t get anything after waiting an hour, tired, hungry, and angry after work. Absolutely unacceptable.

They are slow on making food orders on time

Ordered from Nari 247. Can’t be a real restaurant. Came in when food said it was ready. Person at front said 10 minutes. Went up again after 20 minutes passed and she said “well there is no kitchen staff”. Waited over 30 minutes for nothing. Nari took my money and never produced food. Never answered calls. All Google reviews they have must be fake

Checked in at the front because the system wasn't working, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited another 30 since it was busy, asked when it would be ready and was told no one was even in the kitchen for Nari. Waste of time and unprofessionalism from both the restaurant and the front staff.

Famous Hoagie Hut of Highwood is now featured. Will return on a regular basis.

40 minute wait and the girl working there has a horrible attitude. At least don’t waste your money on tipping.

Hoagie hut food was delicious . Was hot and took no time to receive. LOVED the cheese steak hoagie!

Like ordering food from the DMV

Ordered food for pick up. Got charged. Never received text or email. Couldn’t open locker. Notification button on screens do nothing. Waited 30 minutes for an order that said would be ready in 7-9 minutes. Never got food. There is no mechanism to get a refund.

Don't order from here. The food is fine but the service is awful. They're usually late/delayed with orders and there are some restaurants that post open hours despite not actually being open (quote from a worker). And good luck getting a refund if you don't want to wait.

I would not recommend coming here at all. I ordered from Jerk Yard and I never received a text for my order and I paid and there was no one to contact. They stole my money and I walked away with no food. I asked someone at the front desk and she said she couldn’t help and she didn’t know anyone that I could speak to from this company regarding my order. I wouldn’t recommend picnic as they don’t have anyone who can actually help find you order or even determine if the restaurant is even open before placing the order. They shouldn’t allow restaurants with no way of contacting them into this establishment. I couldn’t even find a phone number on Google. They allow restaurants to scam you.

There needs to be a SEARCH function on your website. Too hard to find the food you're craving.

For example, which restaurants have fried chicken? If I'm looking for sushi, I don't want to have to open up every restaurant individually to see if they have what I'm looking for.
