Family friendly restaurant with food choices for everyone but the made fresh pasta was the best part!
We visited for the first time yesterday and it was AMAZING! Great ambience, friendly staff, good music but the food was the star of the show. Absolutely delicious! Everything from the bread, salads, soups and entrees.
We will definitely be back!!!
Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here tonight and had a wonderful time! We have been here many times. Love It❤️ I recommend the oyster Rockefeller, and any veal dish , Amazing and crème brûlée😍

Avvio is a top-notch American-Italian restaurant that impresses with its exceptional food quality and outstanding service. The menu boasts impressive dishes, including the outstanding gnocchi, Shrimp de Jong appetizer, veal Toscanini, and Denver Sole. Desserts like Tiramisu and Cannoli are also a highlight, and the selection of deserts is insane. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, kind, and attentive, always worrying if customers need anything, though the service can be a bit slow. The atmosphere is nice, although the dining area can be a bit dark in the evening. Generous portions and extras like warm bread and pizza bread make Avvio a great value.
Customers describe Avvio as a "gem" among Italian restaurants, with delicious and amazing food and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The Veal Parmesan is a standout dish, and the calamari, soups, and salads are also highly praised. The baked clams, gnocchi, and apple tart are all delish. Diners recommend ordering the extra meat sauce, as it is a must-try. Overall, Avvio is a must-visit for authentic Italian cooking and a memorable dining experience.
