The restaurant was packed, due to Valentine's Day. Some of the maneuvering through it was tough at times, because of the additional tables they added, along with slight waits for service. Outside of that, had no complaints. Food was great, as always. Our server was attentive, friendly and courteous. Will definitely be back.
We had a reservation for 7:15. We finally were seated at 8:00pm. About 20 minutes later our server came to the table for the first time. We had salad and appetizers before we got our first glass of wine delivered. They were severely overbooked and did not have enough service staff to handle the tables they have. Our server was nice and working VERY hard, but could not keep up. Seems like they have some kinks to work out and I'm hopeful it was just an off night for them.
Violin guy was sweet! Ribeye was more like medium well to well done than what we requested (medium).... My filet mignon was cooked better. Everything was great, despite it being a busy valentine's day weekend! Id go again, I mostly went because of our beloved Sabatinos (:
amazing neighborhood restaurant! delicious food and drinks, service and the waitstaff were outstanding. of course our favorite dessert BAKED ALASKA. thanks for the memorable pre valentine's dinner. will definitely come back.
Food was delicious. Gnocchi was homemade, pillowy and soft. The meat sauce went really well with it. I ordered two meatballs on the side and went great with the gnocchi. We ordered two Caesar salads and the dressing was not mayo forward it was more vinaigrette. I think they made it right before they dressed the salad to bring it to our table. It was strong and delicious, but not overpowering and not too much dressing . I will definitely be visiting again !
This was my childhood pizza place and now such a ambient Italian charming and romantic new neighborhood place. The oysters were amazing, the pasta and the fun beverages. All by candlelight and a guitar player. I can’t wait to go back again.

Excellent service and food. Chef/Owner was the Chef at Sabatino's. Food was fantastic and must have the pizza bread.
It was delicious!! I was thankful for our server Denise for being attentive and recommending things to us from the menu! Nice size portions also!!

Wow! This was my childhood pizza place. Loved everything about it, from the host to our server and the wait staff. The food was amazing and the drinks menu was perfect with the holidays. I truly enjoyed my date night there. The other patrons were smiling and enjoying the atmosphere, too! Best wishes to Avvio! Thank you!
Absolutely one of our favorite restaurants. They have the best veal dishes and a great menu overall.

Amazing food. The veal Parmesan is a MUST order. We enjoyed the baked Alaska as well. Would recommend and will be back
We were able to make a same day reservation for a group of 6 friends. Service was friendly and accommodating. I had the veal saltimbocca which was excellent and came with a side of pasta with great bolognese sauce (much better than the usual side of pasta that you get at most places). It also came with soup or salad; I had the straciatella soup (spinach and egg dumplings) which was very good. We shared some very nice red wine and had dessert--baked alaska which served 4 people and chocolate tartufo. Prices were very reasonable compared to most places these days. Oh, and even the bread was delicious. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back.
I'm convinced they were understaffed, so I can't complain too much... but the portions are BIG, the oysters are on the larger side, and the food is overall great. Maybe a little slow cuz the understaffing, but would go back.
Had a great time. Great food, friendly and attentive service. Will be back again and again!
I am happy we tried this new neighborhood gem on a recommendation. The room was busy with locals. My partner was reticent a out trying the oysters Rockefeller, but greatly enjoyed them especially since they were served with the right accompaniments. we both had veal entree, braciole and saltimbocco. Very good and complex flavoring. We were too full for dessert right away so took two cannoli home. They were perfectly crisp and richly filled.
