The prices don’t reflect all the add-ons they put in the bill afterwards, like they ask what kind of bacon. Then charge extra for picking the pork bacon or choosing a type of flavor for your latte. Weird add ons that make a simple meal for two almost 90 bucks.

Any breakfast entree starting at $18, I think that's pushing it. The food was good but heavier than I would've liked, some dishes you had to work to eat

I’ve been here for 10 mins and just now got service, still no drinks and the server just got here.

The waitress was training a girl and even then they were not attentive to the service, we were better served by the waitress who was arriving for her shift.

The food was pretty good and the fresh juice was delicious. The place was fairly empty when we got there and it took a while to get our drinks and food. The server wasn't very attentive, considering there were only a few tables in the entire restaurant it was surprising. We went in the middle of the week for brunch so I don't know if that was a factor. The Chiliqhilias wtas spicy and the waffles were great

We go here once in awhile and its always good but not thos last time. My wife's steak was completely overcooked. My food was fine but for over 50 dollars and only one of us ate was kinda shitty. The waitress noticed that my wife didn't eat her food and asked about the foods quality and we told her that it was overcooked, chewy and not what my wife ordered. She agreed she's seen us before and apologized but didn't remove it from the bill. I felt like the cook wasn't on their game or it was a completely new one. Not sure what happened but they lost my business.

Me and my family were in Pilsen and decided to give this place a try. Definitely regretted it. The service was really bad. First thing we did was order our drinks and we did not get them until after we got our meal, but we had to ask for them and once they brought them, they forgot my daughter's milkshake, which he had to ask for again. I understand mistakes happen when a place is busy but it wasn't. I don't mind prices behind high, however, the service and food have to be quality and unfortunately that was not the case. We will not be returning.

Sunday at 12:30 pm is a busy time here at Azul 18. 4 of us waited more than 20 minutes between 'hello, here are menus' and 'what would you like?' and 'here are your drinks'. Then 30 minutes till food came. Omelet was not hot and not particularly tasty. Fried chicken sandwich was hot but not very flavorful. Happy, busy, place was fine but just lacking some important details.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families here.

The dish I ordered is too spicy without any flavor, the service is good but the food cannot be eaten because it was so spicy.
