Food was good. Service was great. The music was just insanely loud. We were there before a show at the salt shed and (I'm not exaggerating) the music in the restaurant was louder than the show we went to. That's fine if it's late evening/nighttime but we were there at 4:45 on a Sunday afternoon.

Made a reservation, when we got there we were told no reservations only walk ins, and they are not serving any food, but I seen the kitchen open and food being served, maybe because I wasn't apart of the Hispanic community I wasn't allowed in after a certain time, so my black people, when they are having a party for a certain race be aware before coming into the establishment

Overall, my visit to Azul was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The service was excellent; we were seated promptly and welcomed with a complimentary margarita sample. The Elote appetizer was served shortly after, but unfortunately, it contained a long strand of HAIR. The waiter was very accommodating, promptly providing a fresh order along with complimentary guacamole and chips. The hair thing left me feeling somewhat queasy, which affected my appetite. The snapper was decent, but the skirt steak was below average; I requested medium-well but received a well-done steak. On a positive note, the drinks were enjoyable. In summary, while the service and atmosphere were commendable, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. 6/10 👍🏾

Be careful it's a restaurant that turns club and club priced, but without the club benefits. Just price gouging for no reason. Be careful!

This is my third time coming here and sadly this wasn't the best experience. They were able to accommodate our party size and switching us from outside in, I didn't realize it would be so cold. But overall, we kept having to tell the same waitress and waiter the same few things, one guest in my party didn't receive one of her items for another 30 minutes after the rest of us had our food and have begin eating. Food wise, I will definitely come back, maybe order online but in person, it just didn't seem like our table was a priority..

I went for my birthday dinner. I had put in the reservation it was for a birthday. The food was overcooked the drinks were good. It was fun to try probably only that one time.

Azul was amazing. The staff was friendly. The environment was inviting. The food was amazing! It was especially good for me because it was my birthday and we celebrated there and when we let them know, they were very much and making sure that my party and I had a great experience and we did they were accommodating with my Reservation time and even down to the valet being very knowledgeable and helpful when we came very good experience.

The wait time for the food and drinks was too long. Also, the amount of food for the price was not reasonable. For the amount spent, I would have expect a bit more on the amount of food provided and also not have to wait so long for the ordered drink to come to the table.
