I started going there a year ago. For years I have been passing this place up. I remember when it used to be called Paus. The drinks are reasonable, the people are nice and the bartenders (Beata, Basia and Gosia) are very friendly. You can also get in a decent pool game here too.
As I was walking down the street one day, this bar passed me on the other side of the street. I did a double-take because it was on a residential street and the bar had a Zywiec sign. So I turned around and caught up to the bar and went inside to order a Zywiec. Sturdy beer, and who can argue with the $3.50 price? Certainly not me. There was really not a whole lot else going on at the time, just a few neighborhood rascals and a television set silently playing some gangster movie...read full review

BG's is a friendly neighborhood bar I've been coming to on & off for years...They have pool tables & beautiful European bartenders, who are nice & not stuck up... Nice touch on the beer pitchers w an ice insert in the middle, no warm beer served here !
