I found the very veggie burrito pretty bland despite the theoretically good base. It was kinda dry and needed a sauce to bring it all together. Guac is oniony. I'm pretty sure there's kale in the veggie mix which does not belong in a burrito. Fine when you're at the airport and have decided to say [censored] your standards
Very delicious smoothie!
-recommend: fat-free frozen yogurt instead of juice. The yogurt was exceptionally tasty!
I feel compelled to write this review as I am sat at the tap bar next door and was watching due to lengthily flight delays. I have witnessed the young members of staff wiping their noses with their gloved hands, eating chicken tenders from the neighbouring burrito beach in the food preparation areas. The worst part, using dirty towels to wipe the salad areas & worktops. Plus the female staff member 01/12 who failed to wash the blenders properly after preparing a number of smoothies. Her efforts were poor - running a tap for a while because she couldn’t be bothered to wash properly. I have a grapefruit allergy so this sort of negligence for me is unforgivable.
Do yourself a favour and don’t dine here if you are stuck for options. It might be one of the more healthier options, but it’s sure not the most hygienic!!!!!

Great to see a labeled Vegan menu at O’Hare! Only 3 vegan dishes listed though. Very veggie burrito was ok with added guac. With chips and salsa came to $19.19. Better off walking over to Frontera and just getting chips and guac and salsa.
As of Oct 2025, they have a veggie masala burrito on special that is vegan if you omit the raita and is DELICIOUS! Updated from previous review on 2025-10-09
Had a very veggie burrito and the chips and Guac. Burrito was fine. It was fast. It had beans as protein. I could eat at the airport. All fine. The guacamole was about the worst I’ve ever had - super sharp oniony overpowered the avocado. Maybe an off night? Chips a bit on the dark side which I liked.
Guacamole and chips were amazing. Quinoa bowl was pretty tiny, but tasted fine.
In this neck of O’hare, it’s the healthiest option, and at least when I went, not a bad one at all. A precious reviewer apparently had awful batches of food, but my chicken was just fine, and for a total of $15 I had a very large chicken salad chock full of veggies, plus eggs and chickpeas. Their house made honey mustard is really good. I’d skip the “smoothies” as they’re made of cartons of cream sludge, but the salad saved the day, and was served with a smile.

The frozen yogurt is SO good! And of you get a salad they do their best to make it pretty and yummy. We go here every time we pass through Chicago O'Hare!

Got a smoothie with ice cream in it. Smoothie was a little on the thinner side- still good, but nothing special. The employees there seemed less than happy to be working. They lack even the slightest customer service skills, not even saying as little as “hello” when you walk up to the counter. Also got my order wrong and did not even apologize or attempt to rectify the issue.
Very first time at this establishment and safe to say that it isn’t something I would crave and due to the customer service, I definitely wouldn’t be back even if I did.

While I'm glad I could find a vegan lunch option, I have to say this is the blandest burrito I've ever had. The veggies were unseasoned and there was no salsa. I wouldn't get the burrito again.
Meh. Extremely basic smoothies. And they don’t have any options for green smoothies (like kale, spinach, etc.) which is weird because they sell salads too.
I used to think that ranch could save anything and this is where that ends. I’m gonna be honest I truly don’t know if that was chicken, it tasted like liver. What did they do to the chicken to taste like this??? There’s a reason it’s $1 — meat byproducts??? Canned corn tastes better than whatever they’re serving. The bag was soaked and everything was wet? I tried my darndest to eat this but had to throw it away. Save urself n skip this salad I beg of u literally don’t do it
What a pleasant surprise. Pretty solid food. With generous portions. All at very reasonable prices considering it's in an airport. 2 of the veggie burritos (one had guac, which was an extra $2.59) came to just under $30. They have a seperate Vegan menu that's clearly labeled, with 3 different options. The veggies were fresh- squash, kale, spinach. We will definitely come back here the next time we need a meal at O'Hare. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-30
Not bad. Kinda wish they had sofritos. Almost as good as chipotle but missing that.
