Very bad quality and pricey food and drink here. I ordered 2 Banh mi one roasted pork and meat ball which was small portion for its prices plus the fillings was poor and dry. The Vietnamese coffee was horrible which has no flavor of actual coffee. It has the horrible smell of old and oxidating coffee beans (smell like very strong cleaning solutions) and super bitter like some sort of chemical or medication. I had to spit it out and trash the whole cup after 1 sip. Horrible!

It’s used to be good. The food is all cold and bad quality now. Tim said the health department forced them to refrigerate all the recent cooked food. I find it’s very hard to believe. I’m a regular there, but it’s time to change. I’m sure you guys wouldn’t want cold food right? They could have offered to heat it up but they did not. I don’t suggest returning here. Take it from a local foodie

Cashier scolded me for coming to the front counter instead of going to the side window for a pickup order. There wasn't anyone in line at the counter or window. When I've tried to pick up at the window in the past, they asked me to go to the front and wait in line. There was no need to be rude about that. Please be more consistent with your policies.

This place used to be a neighborhood institution. The bread is delicious not baked on site. The fillings on the sandwich are minuscule, and the chicken was really dry. Overall, the sandwich was subpar. I recommend skipping this place altogether.

We ordered 6 vegetarian sandwiches and 4 non vegetarian sandwiches. What we received was 6 non vegetarian and 4 vegetarian sandwiches. The sandwiches were not adequately marked, so we didn't realize the error until we got home and opened the sandwiches individually. The food is good, but the service and final order checks are something to be improved upon. Be sure to check twice when paying and again when picking up your order.
It would be nice if banh mi veggies were put on the side as a default or if the workers would check with the guest when they arrived on what to do if they are unsure.

I like dishes from here. Every week I will stop by and get something to reward me. The thing that made me disappointed is that they still sold “Mam Chung” had best use date was 9/27 on 9/28 for me. They need to control this strictly. I still visit to support but will be extra-cautious.

I’ve never had a banh mi and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Fast service and very affordable. I got the special which is the traditional sandwich. Typical white bread with mayo. A good amount of meat, with none being overpowering. I really enjoyed the crunch from the onion, daikon, and carrots as well as the kick of the jalapeños.
