Cashier scolded me for coming to the front counter instead of going to the side window for a pickup order. There wasn't anyone in line at the counter or window. When I've tried to pick up at the window in the past, they asked me to go to the front and wait in line. There was no need to be rude about that. Please be more consistent with your policies.
I’ve never had a banh mi and honestly didn’t know what to expect. Fast service and very affordable. I got the special which is the traditional sandwich. Typical white bread with mayo. A good amount of meat, with none being overpowering. I really enjoyed the crunch from the onion, daikon, and carrots as well as the kick of the jalapeños.
I've been coming here for over 10 years. Recently the consistency of portions and quality of bread has been all over the place depending on the day or time of day. The flavors are great and I don't mind the pay increases over the year but something has felt off for the past few years.
