I visit this location when ever I'm in Chicago & I must say that the quality of the food has gone down.... also all orders post on the wall comes with Fries ? & Drinks ? but, they will say you did not ask for a drink but, charge you for the Combo... while I was waiting on my order 2 more people complained about the same thing... also he plays like he can't hear you or understand English.... I will never step foot in there again

unfortunately the fish I ordered seemed like it was cooked in old grease. is was very hard on the thjn sliced edges and oily. I would credit these issues to old oil use. But these things happen. Did did not see the fry cook, but I am sure she had long reddish or light brownish hair, because it was the first thing that I noticed in my food as I sat ready to eat. This could be eliminated by simply requiring all kitchen staff around the food to wear hair netting. This used to be a must, but I rarely see these measures taken anymore in the poor communities. Forgive this report, but quality of the food and service in our low income areas will only change if the people refuse to patronize restaurants who refuse to show concern for their upkeep. long food service time, cold food, greasy food, old oil use, hair or other foreign objects we call food contaminates. These are all signs of a very bad kitchen crew. If I am wrong, let them prove it by improven their service during a pandemic. This is the worst time to let down your food protection guard!This was a very bad purchase experience indeed.Baba's, By by! There will be no referral or revisit... too many strike at one swing... New Batter up please!

very unprofessional! didn’t understand their own menu and how to make the food on there menu. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! GO TO THE ONE ON STATE STREET!
Horrible horrible. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich. why it was in a puddle of grease and the sandwich so soggy I couldn’t lift it it to eat without it falling apart. Bread just turned to dough because of this. Ruined the entire meal for me.
