Babas Famous Steak & Lemonade

I have been goin to this place for over 20yrs & have never had a bad experience or my order been wrong.Im literally known at this location by certain employees…..I went today & the owner decided he wanted to work today & my order was wrong ,customer service was horrible & it’s safe to say I will never go back again if he is working .Stay behind the scenes because have someone like yourself on front street your guaranteed to loose way a lot more customers than myself.

If you want to waste your time, there’s no better place than Baba’s on Madison and Homan. Average wait times are 15-30+ mins on ALL orders. I don’t recommend this abomination of a restaurant to anyone. You’re better off going anywhere else. Zero stars.

If I can give an If I can give 100 stars, I would!!! Everything I have ordered from them is delicious. I only do Uber eats but my food always arrive pack well fresh and hot. I've ordered the fish sandwich combo, I've ordered the Italian beef. I've ordered the three piece chicken. All of it was delicious.!!

Just placed an order. Tried calling and they don't pick up at all. ?To respond to the automated response. It was a $60 order for our lunch time and it got to our job with only 1 food item we had ordered and 1 beverage. After attempting to call your business about 10 times throughout the day and not being able to get through not even once, it overall just sucked. The driver also took the food and refused to call us back after leaving to supposedly go back to the restaurant to fix the order.

Food taste great the Lady Cashier is excellent with customer service but unfortunately neither of the 2 male cooks had on gloves and I seen one touch the bread with his hands twice.

Let me first start off by saying the experience I had was by far the worst in my life,the unclean poor practice,in food safety,and piss poor customer service was sub par to say the least the young lady that took my order had a nice and welcoming demeanor,but as you look beyond the cooks,that's where it goes down the toilet the bald heavy set male,handled uncooked chicken with his bare hands,that was sitting out probably room temperature improperly stored,several tags that would have been given by the health department,salmonella poisoning, bacteria,cross contamination, the list goes on this restaurant needs retraining,or I see several lawsuits of food poisoning,this is unacceptable I will make a complaint to the city of this horrible practice,after bringing this attention to the cook that I would not accept his unacceptable behavior of touching uncooked,unclean chicken,without one proper hand washing,and sanitary conditions handling my food he proceeded to yell and say "ain't no body got time for that" while continuing to justify this foolish behavior, is it ok just to wipe his dirty hands with a disgusting towel?that he used over and over grab tongs to prepare my cooked food that's beyond me he said give her money back to the cashier hes a joke as if i would purchasea bag of disease! ,as if his hands are clean by wiping them off it still has germs on them Genius! I can't make this up,he was so misinformed and just didn't care to attempt to feed me garbage,not me! Buddy! It's sad that they are still in business and minorities patronize their hard earned monies and that can't even provide clean and reliable services! This will not continue. This will get reported to the highest level! This is sick and disgusting behavior and this person has no place in the food service business if he can't wash his hands and keep chicken and other meat at room temperature,clean it and not cross contaminate food that will put people in the hospital and potentially kill them!
