They got my order completely wrong and still proceed to give it the driver without double checking everything

I had a Uber eats order today. Tracked my food to its entirety. Uber driver drove from the restaurant to me and it took 11 minutes. The pizza puffs were cold, I asked for mild sauce on my fries. As you can see, it was just thrown in the middle. Sloppy. And the fries were hard.

Food was good for the most part fries were not ok 75 percent was not fresh at all very hard they told me it would be 15 min wait took 45 mins almost ask for everything on one of my hamburgers they forgot the pickles they let drunk who are not costomers sit in lobby and beg but burger was good thts why I gave 4 stars drink was amazing don’t know if I’ll come back might just be the location

I live 4 miles from this place, ordered delivery at 4:50 received my food at 6:30. Food was cold and wrong. Chicken was half cooked. Never again.
