So this my 2nd time coming here. I ordered my food and was waiting on my food to get ready. A lady walked in undecided so she was looking at the menu. A young dude walked in went back there and starting touching the food. So we both looked like no hand washing. She walked out and unfortunately I had placed my order. I don't care where he came from, he still should have washed his hands. The guy that took my order could have bagged my food up. I will not be back. WASH YALL HANDS, I'M SURE OSHA WOULD AGREE WITH ME.

I placed my order and I stayed I wanted nacho cheese on two orders and mild sauce on the fries of my 3rd order.. The young man repeated it multiple times just to turn around and forget about cheese on one and mild sauce on the other.. I’m sooo irritated. This happens a lot at fast food chains… you have to do better because a lot of places charge extra for those sauces and you will have some very upset customers. Take your time and listen.

They won’t answer the phone very unprofessional I was callin because I found hair in my fries soon I open my food and the wrap they put around the the drink smells terrible I literally just order off Uber eats today April 1st

Recently purchased some cheese fries from this location and got food poisoning!! I was sick for 3 days I’m very disappointed because this is my favorite go to spot !! Please check and change stuff like that it had to been old .. I’m never patronizing again
