The entire staff is are very disrespectful and bad people. I have respect and they are completely disrespectful to me for some reason. They need help.

Waited 40 mins for 10 wings and fries. Decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. 1st and last time visiting. There are other places I can go to when visiting Chicago.

They need somebody better to answer the phone. 3 stars for the food but the lady who answers the phone sounds like she hate her job. Like girl quit, ain’t nobody forcing you to be there. It’s a million and one opportunities other than being a cashier. You got one life to live and you choosing to live yours taking orders🙄. I damn near don’t even want to go pick up my food.

Instead of the lady taking my order she is in front of me on her personal phone having a conversation. She clearly she’s me but yet no can I help you. All I want is a lemonade. And when she did finally get to me and charged me she still waited to serve me smh this place need to really learn customer service.
