I got lunch today and look at this. This place is a health hazard, the cook should be fired. The lady at the front had customer service but the cook definitely needs to be put on review or something! Never again.

Very Poor Customer Service. They don’t Honor the Menu or prices they have up. I asked for no onions on my food you would have thought I asked for extra onions. I’ll never go there again. And the Burrito was soaked in grease. I asked to speak with a manager no one was available.

Never gets order right

I ordered a chicken gyro with cheese no tomatoes. I guess the cook forgot to add the rest of the toppings it was dry and the pita was hard. The chicken itself was good. The fries was not hot like l asked they tasted old and stale. My lemonade was awesome .

Poor customer service

It was very clean and good service but if you are looking for a food experience that is like Babas more in the city you will be disappointed. They are also more expensive than other stores.

The phone system needs to be fixed. I can't call in on Friday sometimes. But the food is good, they could clean the lobby.

My recent experience here was horrible due to this lady right here!!! First she made a mistake and charged me for a extra sandwich that I didn’t ask for so when I brought it to her attention she caught an attitude with me and said well I can’t give you a refund!! Mind you she made this mistake not me!!! So I politely asked for a manager she said there’s no manager here then I asked for a number for the manager she said she doesn’t have that. Then I ask again when will the owner or manager will be in she said they with be here tomorrow!! Came in the next day still nobody!!! At this point I’m even more pissed!! Then to top it off when the food was done I ask for mild sauce on all the fries she puts hot sauce on one of fries like I didn’t see her and tried to put it in the bag and give it to me and toss my food and drinks at me like I’m a dog and clearly she’s the one that looks like a wet dog!!!! Until I get a manager or the owner of this establishment every chance I get I will be up here because all these year I’ve been coming here I never experience such rudeness and disrespect!!! This is so unprofessional !!!

Keira chubby Spanish looking lady very rude takes peoples money and charges for extra things that you don’t say also tried to argue with people and throw the food wouldn’t suggest anyone goes there while she’s there. Can I please get manager’s number cause she also is lying really need to speak with someone

I'm new on the area, and all is take out but I guarantee the Double Cheeseburger is one of the best I tested before. Highly recommend.
