DONT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE I ordered delivery on THEIR website and half my food didn’t come. They blamed it on the delivery driver even though I ordered through their site NOT a third party delivery service. They would not refund the missing food or send another driver out with our food. So I ended up paying 60 dollars and only getting wings and the worst “salad” which was literally just burger toppings in a box. Way too many good pizza spots in Chicago to waste your money here

When I came in today I was over charge $18 for 2 slices of pizza on a Monday slices are only $8 they have a bogo when I address it the manager gave a $8 cash refund no apology and he acted as if it wasn’t a big deal save your money go somewhere else pizza is VERY greasy not worth being treated

June of 2023 I got a slice of Pizza (for $5.60) and truth be told they are larger than one would expect, however, I stopped for a slice today/ tonight and the same slice of Pizza cost $9.95 WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE... the government? Just to be clear, I have included a (Bank Transaction Receipt) for the amount (FOR ONE SLICE OF PIZZA BY THE WAY) I WILL NEVER STOP HERE OR ANY OF THEIR THREE LOCATIONS AGAIN, and neither should you - higher food cost? I GET IT, but GOUGING THE CUSTOMER? - Two words "F off" Thanks bacci... good riddance.
Pizza is very tasty. The boys were in no mood, although we tried to joke with them. It was thought that we woke them up.

Don’t know if it’s new owners at the Chicago location but the service has been super slow… I’ve place an order at 1:30 just for a wrap itshe told me to give them 15 to 20 min. When I went to pick up the order it wasn’t ready and I got there at 2:15. On top of that there wasn’t anyone waiting on there food. Love the food but the service has gotten super slow.

Baccis is an Okay place now.They reheat the pizza that's been sitting there for who knows How long. Then it's 10 a slice now! Like WOW!!!
