Not only are the Owens such lovely people, but their homemade bagels and mascarpone are to die for (hands down, the best I've ever had). Ofc their coffee and teas are superb as well. If you're in the area, you need to stop in.

A lovely coffee shop serving good drinks and some lovely pastries. I enjoyed the mocha; it had a good touch of chocolate and complemented the coffee. I also liked the texture of the dark chocolate banana pistachio scone. It had a nice crust with a nice crumbly body.

Amazing latte. I haven’t had one this good in a while, normally very hesitant for coffee outside since can be bland and watery at times. The coffee is just rich and full in the flavor and everything is perfect. Definitely coming back.

I was really looking forward to this place changing ownership and bringing a new coffee shop into the neighborhood. Unfortunately, my experiences so far have been disappointing.
The opening hours are a bit surprising — 8:30/9:00 AM feels late for a coffee shop, and it makes it tough to stop by before work or rely on it consistently. On my first visit, the interaction was awkward as the two people behind the bar were openly arguing while I ordered. On my second, I was turned away because they weren’t opening for another five minutes. The staff member who told me didn’t suggest coming back at a set time, just said they were closed, which felt unwelcoming.
When I tried again today, I saw they now open at 8:30, which is even later than before. I really wanted to support a local spot, but for now it looks like I’ll have to keep going to Colectivo instead.

Finding this place was such a happy accident. The London Fog is amazing and the bagels and marscapone are life changing. The owners are so nice and everyone is treated like a regular. Highly recommend.
