From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and given our choice of bar area seating. Emma served us all afternoon and we didn't have to wait for anything. She kept our stomachs full and our drinks. Cant say enough good things about Fran! Very hospitable and kept engaging with us throughout the day to see how we were and if we needed anything. Made us feel at home! Thanks so much! Go Bucks!

Bandit is an official OSU bar and has a great laid back game day atmosphere! Upstairs has tons of TVs with large booths. Game sound is on, with music during commercial breaks. Food is incredible of course!

Staff was great - friendly, helpful, and took good care of my party. Limited menu, decent quality. Fun and lively atmosphere.

Food and Mimosas were great but service was so slow and our waitress wouldn't get us the drinks and argued with us about how she had to get food orders first when we had an hour left for mimosas. They also charged us for extra fries after them mistakenly giving us extra fries.

Two friends and I arrived at 10:30am on Sunday for brunch. The manager and our waitress were extremely friendly and welcoming!! The food was outstanding and our bottomless mimosas were never empty! 110% recommend this place!!

Our waiter Anthony was amazing!! My girls and I are regulars for the bottomless brunch, and we def enjoyed our time and experience (as always).

The only issue is that we paid on one card and the manager, Fran, stated that because the bank detected fraud, it automatically ran the card. Well it ran it 2 additional times taking out over $1000. And then not being able to refund that back asap. Bandit was our first stop of the day and to not have access to that much money so early on was really frustrating. If card detected fraud, it wouldn't have gone through. And if it does automatically do it, then why do the card 3 times??

Loved the ambiance there so much! It was exactly what I was looking for, for my group. The food/drink was fantastic. The service was great. I think this will be our new go to after the Big Shoulders Race each year. Thank you!

I stopped in for happy hour today, and let me just say—I’ve never felt compelled to write a review so quickly! I sat at the bar, ordered a couple of drinks, and noticed the stool I was sitting on was a bit wobbly. No big deal, or so I thought. About 45 minutes later, I got up to use the restroom and the stool actually collapsed as I stood. Luckily, I was already on my feet.

When I came back and sat down again, the stool gave out completely and I fell. Now, accidents happen—I wasn’t upset about that. What really bothered me was the response (or lack thereof). Not a single bartender acknowledged what happened or asked if I was okay, even though nearby guests were the ones helping me. In fact, people sitting next to me pointed out that the stool leg was already bent and suggested I switch seats.

Still, no one from the staff checked in. As I was leaving, I mentioned it to a server, and she just looked at me like I was making it up. That lack of empathy and hospitality was honestly more disappointing than the fall itself.

I had actually chosen this place because I was planning to come back in a few days for my birthday celebration, but after today’s experience, I’ll definitely be rethinking those plans.

Bandit is a fun spot in the West Loop with a lively vibe and a mix of vintage tavern and modern style. The food is not bad with creative touches, and the cocktails were good. it’s a great spot for brunch with friends. Seating is very close and a little cramped.

Bandit has a lot going for it if you are looking for a fun spot with character. The interior feels stylish yet relaxed, with enough personality in the decor to keep the space interesting without being overwhelming. The menu leans into comfort food with playful twists, and I really enjoyed the hot chicken tenders along with the waffle fries. The drinks also stand out because they are made with care and add to the overall experience.

That said, the atmosphere is definitely on the louder side, especially once the evening crowd starts to fill in. Service started off attentive but slowed a bit as things got busier, which made the wait between dishes noticeable. Still, it felt like the kind of place where you come more for the energy and the social vibe rather than a quiet dinner, and in that sense it delivers very well.

Deyanira was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything at our table was perfect. She has such a warm personality and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It’s rare to come across someone who is both professional and genuinely caring, but Deyanira truly embodies both. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!
