First time visit did not disappoint! Delicious sliders, chicken tenders, loaded fries and cocktails. Music was a little loud but it was mostly bops so it was ok. Emma, Ricardo and Fran were great. We'll definitely be back.

It was 5° outside and they put us in the “outdoor patio” area. The area was enclosed but there was essentially no heat because the heaters were broken. The staff was not ready for our group and very rarely came out to serve us. Then once some people in our group left, we asked to move inside. Once we moved inside, they refused to serve the table any more and said we had to go to the bar for service. Do not recommend Bandit for large groups.

Our server was great. She kept the drinks flowing and repeatedly visited the table to ensure we had everything we need. I get frustrated when restaurants have a surcharge added to the menu. If something is the cost of doing business, i.e. healthcare or backroom staff or whatever add it to your pricing. Covid was an exception that should not be an ongoing issue. I should be able to see my cost when I look at your menu. I would never put your server in the position of having to address this nor should you.

Had nachos which werent bad and a cookie which didnt seemed cooked all the way. Nice size place and seems like it would be a fun atmosphere. Loved the bathroom themes! Overcharged on bill however they did fix it when I pointed it out. Maybe just got a bad day but will possibly try again in the future.
