Needed to look for bartender for every refill even though it was not busy at all. She would place the drink on the bar even though I was seated at a table so I would bring my empty drink and grab the new drink. Automatically charged 18% gratuity. Seemed like I was not a wanted guest, not one smile was given.

Food ok.. drinks good. Cold and mostly empty. They add an 18% tip for you even when you are a party of one. It was fine to get a nite before driving back to Michigan from ohare.. but food is really overpriced. It would be veey expensive to go as a group for standard fare food. Happy they had veg option tho swapping the burger for an impossible one. Worried the cheese wasn't veggie tho. Its not clear.

Convenient location inside the Holiday Inn O'hare. After my flight canceled I booked a room at this Holiday Inn because of the restaurant is on site. No wait time, sat at the bar and the atmosphere was quiet and there are plenty of TV's to watch while eating and having an adult beverage. I had the Bavarian pretzel bites, they were soft, salty and the beer cheese was fantastic.

French Onion Soup was tasty and delicious. Margarita Flat Bread was excellent. One server handled many tables as quick as she could.
