I was in town for the Kendrick + SZA concert & hanging with friends. I’ve been to 6 different Bar Louie’s and I’ve never had a bad experience. This was THEE WORST experience I’ve ever had! My chicken nachos were cold and the things I asked for on the side were on the nachos. They even put the spicy chilli aoli on the nachos when I said none. I understand it was one server but when we arrived no one was there. It took him 13 minutes to bring us water out alone. Also, we were not informed there was 18% gratuity installed to our meal. I tipped on top of that gratuity without knowing it was added. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they don’t inform you they’re adding gratuity! On top of everything my friend got the lemon pepper wings and they were PINK IN THE INSIDE! All in all if you’re going to Bar Louie go to the one near UIC not this one!

Service was ridiculously slow for no reason. Staff couldn’t accommodate fixing a tv channel due to being too busy but I guess when you only make one drink at a time you are “busy.” We sat at bar for a good while waiting for someone to take order then to bring drinks and finally check which has a mandated tip on it. That is most likely the only way they would get a tip is to force patrons to tip or else they wouldn’t make anything.

Bar Louie O'Hare is inside the Holiday Inn at Cumberland. Simple bar menu with specialty bar drinks and great service. We were promptly seated in a cozy booth. Ordered the wings and a flatbread. Food came out fairly quickly from kitchen, however with a busy crowd may take longer if in a large group. The asparagus and cheese flatbread was tasty and had a prrfect crunchy crust. Wings were split with Chipotle BBQ and Thai Sweet & Spicy. Since it's in the Holiday Inn, it is kid friendly and portions warrant the price. Bar Louie offers a Free parking lot for the combined venue albeit very small.

This place is bullshit, this girl tipped her self 10% tip when i wrote no tip, and 80$ for a burger with tots,loaded tots and some wings? and yet she refused to give my “tip” back and a discount for this bullshit? i didn’t even tip this place definitely doesn’t deserve any respect
I stayed at the hotel in which this restaurant is located. Ordered chicken strip dinner and it was dry and overcooked. Waiter never checked to see if I needed anything or refill my water. They automatically add 18% gratuity to ALL checks without prior notice and then ask for a tip on top of that! I, of course, will never spend money here again

It's a good place to visit while in Chicago, it's located in a Holliday Inn, good Chicago neighborhood location to get that local Chi town feel, it's minutes from O'hare airport and just outside of Chicago Westside neighborhoods and about 35min from downtown chicago. It's a good chill spot

Soup was hot. Calamari came out cold. The make bartender was friendly & fast. The female bartender is slow. Looks nice & clean but Too Cold. I was very uncomfortable in there. It's summer time & had on capris a shirt and hoodie & was a bit chilly. No need to freeze us. If someone wore summer clothes they'd freeze to death.
