Very disappointed in the new change of menu. The little bites and Jose’s take on things like oysters ceviche style were great and are no longer available. Much of the menu has been replaced by things like burgers, lobster rolls, Cobb salad, etc not Spanish food that I had come to love at this place. Now it’s just another spot. Service is still great but even the staff seemed bummed about the change in the menu.

Awesome spot for those who are seeking to stimulate more than the palate. A place for the senses from the cool seafood themed ambiance with the oversized octopus one the bar to the hospitality.

I guess they recently changed the menu and pared it down considerably. I honestly feel like now it's just the same as any "nicer" restaurant.

No tasting menu, pretty much only the "normal" expected items. They really need to update the website menu to reflect this new menu.

The food and service was still good, excepting the lobster bisque which I never found any actual lobster in.

Ultimately 3/5 would not repeat. Too many great places to eat to Chicago for this.

The Nuestros Berberechos was delightfully briny and I greatly enjoyed each cockle. Though I'm not sure the chips add much, and would personally prefer bread to eat the broth of the cockles. The lobster croquettes are warm and comforting, with a creamy inside and lobster flavoring. The ceviche classico tastes like Peru with the leche de tigre having the perfect amount of heat and the fish perfectly cured. The Bagels&Lox cone was refreshing with a dill cream and refreshing pop of the salmon roe. The sticky toffee pudding has a unique crust from the cast iron that increases the caramelized taste, and the toffee sauce gives a nice moistness to the cake but the areas without sauce are a bit dry. The server was kind and helpful with excellent suggestions

Amazing food and atmosphere! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh seafood and the impressive wine selection. However, the place is quite loud and seems more suited for a younger crowd. For a more intimate and quiet experience, the steakhouse one level up is a better choice. Highly recommend for a lively night out!

We were a party of five food was ok but came all in different times and our waitress did not pay attention to us at all. I know this is a famous restaurant but we didn’t have a five stars experience tonight.

We stopped in for lunch at the recommendation of a buddy. The margarita was out of this world, and make sure you get the Neptune's Pillows. Best tuna I've had outside of a fish market in Tokyo. Josh was our esteemed bartender and server and he was amazing. Please make sure he knows he's appreciated! Can't wait to come back.

The room is spectacular. The food below par, especially the Dorado dish, fried, tasteless and greasy. The staff was pleasant, but clearly understaffed. The rest rooms were filthy, no tolilet tissue, no security, paper towels overflowing bins, one dispenser empty. I honor chief Andres. He needs to honestly look at how this restsurant is run. I would not recommend it.

Good Experience. Nice place with good ambience. Summers may be even better with outside seating overlooking the river. While the menu is limited, the food is delicious. Most of the choice is however focused around seafood and if you are not a seafood lover, its a bit hard. The service is excellent. It was very crowded being a Saturday evening but the server was very courteous of delays.

Very busy place. Got lucky and found a seat at the bar. The servers were great and I had the best Cosmo I think I've ever had. I didn't get the name of the person who made it, but she was great!
The food I had was really delicious.
Two starters, the lobster croquetas and the mussels.
Both were great but the mussels I would have again and again. The bread was fantastic!
I'll have to go again soon!

This is a fabulous place for authentic Spanish seafood delights. The food is awesome, and the venue has a real energetic vibe. The variety of choices is great, and the execution is artful. We love this place!

The food is very good with a good presentation. The wines are also of good quality. The service, on the other hand, needs to be reviewed: it's very American-style, you don't have time to finish one dish before the next arrives, and the wine is served before the aperitif... It's a shame.

Had a parking issue and called to let them know we would be there in 10 mins. When we got there they had not held our table. Gabe the AGM took great care of us and turned a frustrating situation into a good night. Ordered the shrimp cocktail, lobster croquettes, Brussels sprouts petals and heirloom tomato salad. Everything was delicious! If you like gin try the Floral cloud. Shout out to Jaeson for incredible service.
