Excellent service! Was seated right away, and the cocktails were perfect. The bar can get packed during peak hours, but that is to be expected given its small(er) size – definitely not the place for larger groups. But a great spot nonetheless!

Amazing place to go grab a drink, or small plate/desert. The atmosphere is really cool and laid back, but cozy. The staff was great, and attentive but not hovering; probably some of the best bar staff I've had anywhere. The food we great, and the house special drinks were really good. We went back twice and enjoyed it both times. Would recommend to all.

Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far in life. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Chicago now! I will be sure to book here next time I’m downtown. Special shoutout to Nina (unfortunately that’s the only name I remember, but everyone deserves their own shout out). She was so so kind and thoughtful. I was deeply touched that she carried my luggage out because the bellman was away briefly. The price of the boozy tea (that includes no booze) is $65, which allows for each person to have only one of each of the tea sandwiches. The selection of tea was fine approx. five options. There weren't options to make dietary accommodations when making the reservations and there were no vegan options available. The waitress/server was generally nice.
