The price of the boozy tea (that includes no booze) is $65, which allows for each person to have only one of each of the tea sandwiches. The selection of tea was fine approx. five options. There weren't options to make dietary accommodations when making the reservations and there were no vegan options available. The waitress/server was generally nice.

This hotel was top notch. The hospitality was amazing and unlike anything I've ever experienced.y husband and I were tested like royalty. We will definitely be going back.

We did the boozy tea and it was wonderful. The tea was delicious and flavorful and the small bites were to die for. Our waitress was on top of everything and the brunch music was lively. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

A great place to stop while downtown. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks. We experienced live music over the holidays, which ended up being a special evening. The bill hurt to pay, but was aligned to expectations for the vibes.

We stopped by to share a few precious moments. Isaiah warmly greeted us, recommended his luscious aviation’s and Old Fashioneds. We have enjoyed many Old Fashioneds and Isaiah’s were THE BEST!A beautiful warm cozy place combined with Isaiah’s smile and expert service is what we all need, Many thanks!

Crimson and Carbide is a good cocktail. The Mull It Over is a little too bitter. Cool and cozy environment with attentive staff. I'd hang out here too if I were rich.

Pendry Hotel lobby bar offers some interesting period inspired cocktails. It can get rather busy in the evenings.

I had reservations for high tea. They first sat me at a nice table with comfortable chairs. After being seated and waiting for the rest of my party to arrive, they asked me to move to another table. I agreed but then they sat me at a high table by the bar. My party arrived and we set by the bar which was uncomfortable for high tea. They never sat anyone at the table I was moved from. They never came back to refill hot water either. There are a lot of places in Chicago to have high tea, I do not recommend the Pendry.

Great atmosphere for afternoon tea - more relaxed and younger vibe with DJ (but not too loud).Food was perfect, but the tea was even better. Got the barrel-aged chocolate pu-erh and my wife got the crema earl grey.

Nestled in a downtown hotel, this bar boasts a beautiful setting, but the overpriced drinks and somewhat outdated ambiance may not justify the experience. While the drinks carry a unique flair, alternatives with better value exist elsewhere, and my server encounter fell short of expectations

The ambiance was really nice so we had high hopes. We were there for only a couple minutes when my fiancé got harassed by Anis.In his condescending tone, assuming that we were underaged? And when questioned if there would be an issue with us grabbing a drink there he said, "why." Umm, why not? Ended up across the street and ending the night at canteenM :)
