Barangaroos Aussie Pies

Love this place, but appears to be closed permanently. Was not open during business hours the last 3 times I’ve stopped by recently and no one answers the phone.

Web site not updated to show closed for vacations that was posted on the door. Traveling with my Aussie friend from Wisconsin with the intent to have lunch and purchase additional pies to take back home with us. Disappointed in the wasted trip to Barangaroos.

Fantastic food! I'm always skeptical about pies on general as the crust is often hit or miss - often having a rancid flavor due to iffy oils. But the crust here is amazing. We had the shepherd's pie, the peppered steak and mushroom, and the tikka masala. They were all great. Highly recommended!

Good options. Crusts are delish. Mac and cheese is decent. Mashed potatoes are very flavorful and on the thicker side. Tried the Tikka, beef mushroom and onions, minced meat...all good.

Love this place! Great, unique pies, friendly staff, and competitive prices. Go support this small business and don't forget the ketchup!

I ordered via grubhub and both pies weren’t tasty. The chicken was sweet instead of spicy and the mince beef was cold and flavorless. It wasn’t for me.

I HAD to try these meat pies when I walked past this shop, and I'm so glad I did! The crust was perfect and flaky, the filling was savory and flavorful. Keep up the great work!

Understand, that my review is not based on actually trying to food but the fact that through GrubHub I was trying to get my order and the food was stolen. Even though I have specific instructions to call us when they show up and NOT to drop off the food because our food would get stolen. It's not the restaurant's fault but unfortunately this ENTIRE experience has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth that we're never going to order from there again. Again, it has nothing to do with the food. It's just a bad experience. What's worse is I was really excited to try the place. So blame grubhub for not allowing me to write this review on GrubHub. Sorry.

Never expect to get your order from them. The employee on the phone told me there was nothing they could do and I was on my own. Was I supposed to thank him for nothing?They had made the food an hour earlier. By the time it got to me it was cold and the milkshake was milk. Your spin that you have no responsibility is nonsense and your rude employee made it clear you don't care. Your follow up response doubles down on that attitude.

Not sure why this place gets such high reviews. The pie is mediocre. I tried two both had a lot of filing but it lacked flavour and the crust was not at all tasty. I give two simply for the portion size.

The pies are tasty!!

The pies are InCreDiBle. We had delivery recently and loved everything. AND their packaging was all recyclable! Can’t wait to visit in person!

Great little different styles of pies with meat or mushrooms or other meat that tasted awesome. Really like their food and at a very reasonable price.
