I should have read the reviews before ordering! But ........ how can you go wrong with pizza??? Well....... THIS WAS THE WORST TASTING PIZZA I EVER HAD! NO SEASONING AT ALL ! IT WAS NOT HOT WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE DELIVERY TOOK ALMOST 2 HOURS ! THE MANAGER WAS RUDE WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND! SHE PRETTY MUCH SAID ! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS YOUR FOOD IS ON THE WAY ! FRENCH FRIES WAS COLD AND BUFFALO CHICKEN WAS COLD ! THIS PLACE GETS A 0/10 !!!

This delivery suck bad I been setting on the porch for a hour after it left the store need to do better still haven't got my pizza hour number two when called and ask for a manager all she can say is gave him ten more minutes after a hour late Chicago Barney is not good for customer service or getting your food on time

It wasn't bad. Inside was very clean and service was average, no complaints. Food was as expected, it's not a 5 star restaurant, Barney's is your neighborhood fast eating hospitality restaurant. Again, no complaints. I just choose not to set high standards for a restaurant that is the local eatery. It's good, but not something I would over exaggerate.

I ordered a catfish sandwich and got this mess. I paid $20 for two pieces of TILAPIA with cheese. Old French fries and a piece of garlic bread. I called to report this and I was told that’s how they make their catfish sandwiches 🙄 I’m annoyed and I’ll never order here again.

I ordered today 11/02/24 called at 4:46 PM they tell a hour. I'm always ordering from them. One hour and thirty five minutes pass. I called to ask how much longer will it be it's been past the time. Whomever answered said really fast he should be there shortly in a grey truck, click. Okay. It took twenty three more minutes to get my order. Let me add, my football pizza and onion rings were cold. All I ask is call to let me know it will be be however many minutes it will take for my food to be delivered. Never had this problem with Vonetta, Victor delivered to me once. Usually it is V. I am very disappointed. Just call and let me know that's all I ask. Thank you
