OMG this is the worst service ever .. the waiter came over after like 10 minutes after we seated. He didn’t bring any menus and he ask if we are ready to order . I told him to please bring the drink menus at least , he came back with menus an trow it in the table . Again he left and come back latter We order drinks and calamari , the appetizer come to the table we still have no drinks , the bar tender was just talking with everyone but she never started our drinks . I ask him if our drinks are coming soon . I told him looks like she haven’t even started them . He’s response was she definitely not , he left again and I have to get up and ask for plates napkins and hot sauce.. he left again . At this point we where very upset all ready we decide to pay for the appetizers and leave , I ask to speak not the manager he came with h our bill and we left .. but this guy didn’t even care at all 😡😡😡😡😡absolute frustration

My server Joey was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience enjoyable. The food was absolutely fantastic too!! Will definitely be back!!

Loved my dinner here. The server (a young hispanic gentleman i did not get his name) was so nice and attentive. We had the pizza and it was sooo good. I can't wait to come back to try the pasta.

Where to begin….. With only three tables of customers, it took some time before anybody even came out and we had to ask if we had to seat ourselves…. The chicken, sausages And the rest of the food was extremely empty, and was never refilled the whole entire time we were there. The rack which held four pizzas only had a pepperoni and again THAT was never refilled the whole entire time we were there. We were not given water until AFTER the first unsatisfactory plate, and we were never asked if we wanted anything else to drink during our meal. After a bit, we were the only ones in the whole entire restaurant, never to be approached and asked if we needed anything. For quite some time the staff stood in the foyer gabbing away as my parents looked quite confused and upset. I have never been so embarrassed going out to eat in my 62 years. I would leave zero stars, but unfortunately, I don’t have that option. As an owner, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for treating neighborhood guests Who want to patronize a local business so unprofessionally. To all reading this, I assure you save your money and aggravation and dine elsewhere.

Was extremely extremely disappointed as I went with my family to celebrate my dad‘s birthday and wanted to share our experiences over the lunch buffet. At no time was the The food refilled whatsoever, the waitress only came to the table once to ask only one of us if everything was OK, not caring about the other people seated at the table, not once asking to refresh our water as a number of us had none in our glasses. What a shame! I dare say I will never return! Do better! The biggest shame is there is only three tables of customers in the whole entire restaurant. A total embarrassment for myself and an absolute letdown for my parents and friends. ABC the customer does not come first here in either the food quality, the service or the overall experience.

I’ve ordered Pizza at Barraco’s all the time and it’s always great. I went there to have dinner with my family and we ordered linguine in Clam sauce and lasagna. It’s the worse food I have ever had . The pasta was dry and hardly had sauce nor taste to it. The lasagna was not good either. It was Luke warm. Cheese didn’t even melt. Very disappointed. ☹️

Burnt the hell out of my pizza , (keep in mind it was my wife's birthday and she's 7 months pregnant ) I called and they kept me on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up to bring the pizza back for a refund and they wouldn't, they offered to make a new one so I agreed, they had me waiting 1 hour for it in the lobby like an idiot, I waited 2.5 hours for pizza to eat. At the end they wouldn't do anything to make the situation right. I'm never returning. Been eating at baraccos for 20 years this time was my last time. Stay away from this place.

I had a stuffed crust pizza delivered. The worst pizza I've ever had. The last time I ordered from here I said I wouldn't again. Didn't cook. Thought a pizza would be sufficient. The young man making the delivery seem to have been very nice.
