I was very disappointed with the customer service this last Saturday, 10/12/24. I went in to grab a few drinks at the bar and was stopped immediately by a worker and was told I had to pay $40 for a wristband that included only certain types drinks (beer & wine I think). I was obviously confused, because why would you tell a customer what they’re going to drink, and make them pay for it lol. The worker could tell I was confused and I had asked why/is this a new thing? I’ve been to this location numerous times without a problem. She told me there was a golf outing and that the after party was there (something along those lines). I explained that I wasn’t apart of the golf outing and she still said I could not go into the bar area without purchasing this $40 wristband. It’s disappointing to see they were turning away costumers because of this. My main problem with this wristband thing was that I don’t drink beer, I wanted to go have a few high noons. So why would I buy the wristband when I can’t get the drink I want? I thought this was ridiculous and I couldn’t believe they were turning away paying customers. Coming from a cousin of the barracos, I was shocked they denied us entry and let paying customers walk out.

I’m rating just to leave a review. Came to this site because it was closer to our house, for my grandson birthday. He lives pizza(btw), they turned us around after seeing us really. They started to give us a table then came back and says they couldn’t seat us. Remind a large party just was leaving as we were coming. She said she a colleague coming with a group of friends but we can order take out. Like really no one wanted to talk to us and it was just me and my daughter and a little girl. I see why some of the reviews give the statements they do yes I did feel prejudice while there didn’t even want to tell me where the bathroom was. I would not ever go back here maybe will never visit any other one either but people really need to know my money and and green too, and my skin don’t determine whom I am. Wish u could give no stars

We ordered delivery from this Barraco's location and it far exceeded expectations. Not only did it get here faster than the expected delivery window but the toppings were on point and done to a perfect level with just the right amount of char. The delivery was also incredibly friendly, 5-stars all around.

The past 3 times my pizza has been well done. I let the first 2 slide but I had called them to let them know it was like that again burnt all around the edges and way over cooked. When I went to heat the leftovers I had to toss it bc it was extra hard and the cheese was burnt even more turned it hard after resharing it for 30 seconds and then like 5 second intervals. I wasn’t getting my pizza like that ever it was always so beautifully just right around the whole pizza and cheese was to perfection and no major crunchiness. It didn’t seem they cared to much when I told them either. I will order again but just have to remind them I don’t want black crust or extra done cheese.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff was attentive. It was slow but that was good. There wasn't a wait. The Fried Mushrooms and the Cheesy Bread sticks were good. However, I don't eat beef or pork so I wanted Turkey Sausage, Turkey Pepperoni or Anchovies and they didn't have either. I wanted a pizza. My friends ordered a pizza but they said their pizza didn't have enough sauce.

This place deserves zero stars and should be shut down for gross negligence. Shame on you Nick for chasing underaged kids, whom you served alcohol to for several hours without ever asking for an ID, down the street. You initiated a full-on brawl and then lied about it to police. These are kids with bright futures that you and your drunk off duty cops attempted to make out to be felons. Just because you serve free alcohol and food to cops and Alderman O'Shea, does not mean you are above the law. You will be held responsible thanks to videos that show how you and your crony's lied terribly to try to ruin these kids lives. It's too bad you are in the hospital but I don't know what you thought would happen when you chased, threw against the wall and began throwing punches at college athletes.
Support kids and help put a criminal out of business by never stepping foot in this establishment
