Had the Ahi Tuna Salad — best I’ve ever had! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The food is delicious, the service is great, and I love the cozy decor. Can’t wait to come back!

If you’re looking for a cozy spot with exceptional Italian cuisine in Lincoln Park, Basil Leaf Café hits the mark. We had welcoming staff and felt “invited” from the start. We started with Lamp Pops and they were spectacular – a perfect balance of lemon and herbs and a light touch. If you like lamb, you will LOVE it. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had! The bread with olive oil and basil dip was also great.

The service and atmosphere was top notch. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in or around the Lincoln Park area.
