I congratulate Donut Company, how it was four years ago and how it is today, despicable treatment from the worker inside, more than half an hour waiting for a cup of coffee, an old woman with her hair all over the place, I apologize but this place is disgusting and I hope the manager listens. This talk or the company itself, and please, then please learn English and be respectful when taking the request because we do not seek advice from anyone

Customer service was EXCELLENT. But charging $8 for a small milkshake is quite unreasonable and its even worse that the prices aren't even listed so we're surprised at check out

I can only speak to my personal experience but the rating seems accurate. Ordered a cake to be ready by noon on the day of pickup and go in at 4pm. Cake is not ready and nobody there can make it. Would of had to wait for the manager to come into the store to make it and who knows how longthat would have taken. Just seems like a very mismanaged store from my experience.

Service was very good, but the product was terrible. Got 2 hand-packed quarts because their was so little product in the freezer. Ice cream tasted like it had melted and re-frozen. Will never go here again.

Can’t get online orders correct. Ask for one flavor and store gives a different flavor. Topping place on side and not all toppings are placed and money is paid for nothing. Every store doesn’t read order cause issues happened already with 4 different stores and no one gets any of the online orders right.
Almost 5 bucks for single scoop of mediocre ice cream now. No wonder this place is empty.

To be honest...I'm surprised the place is still open. It's never clean and a year ago I promised I would never go back to this one and I hadn't until last night and it's still the same bad service at night. Older lady is very slow and rude because I asked her to repeat herself and then tries to charge me extra because I asked for my milkshake to be thick. I guess I should have read other reviews before I actually took the long way home to to go here.

There is an older woman who works here in the evenings (she may be or be related to the owner) who is mentally unstable. I came in the other day and when she asked me a question I had to ask her to repeat, twice, as I couldn't understand what she said. The second time I asked (and I was being polite, i'm embarrassed by my poor hearing) she lost control and started punching the table - then started cursing at me in a language I didn't understand. The rest of my time in there she stared at me muttering at me half under her breath in her language, and it made me very uncomfortable. As soon as the order was in my hands I exited and will never be back.
