Bad service, I bought an iced latte and they gave me an ice coffee that tasted like water

So the story begins with my girlfriend and I wanting ice cream at 9:15pm. We both hop in my car and drive to the nearest baskin robbins. Unfortunately it was this location. We both walk in and are unwelcome by all the staff. No one bats an eye that two customers are at their register waiting to be served. Irritated already, a manager by the looks of it, came up and didn’t say anything. I just asked if we still get ice cream and he walked around the counter to where the ice cream is.Again no words, my girlfriend asks for a *waffle cone* and a scoop of the pistachio ice cream. This guy completely ignores the fact that my girlfriend asks for a waffle cone and gets a bowl with a scoop of pistachio. I had to interrupt and correct him. She eventually got what she asked for thankfully.Cherry on top when I asked for my ice cream, which was a waffle cone and two scoops of the Cookie Monster ice cream. He proceeds to grab a waffle cone and scoop the pistachio ice cream. I had to stop him again and tell him that I wanted the Cookie Monster ice cream. I said two scoops please and he said I need to get three. Blew my mind because my girlfriend just got a single scoop pistachio waffle cone but whatever. I let that one slide. Then when we got our ice cream, finally, we weren’t told where to check out since none of the staff told us what register to check out at. Then finally a girl behind the counter said that she’d check us out at the drive through register. I was confused at first but yeah. Paid and will not be coming back. Warning for y’all who might want to go here. Just go up the street more to oberweis.Edit - the waffle cones were broken on the bottom but covered by the paper that wraps the cone

I went there last Sunday to order medium oreo milkshake which is actually my favorite flavor ever. I went in and informed the staff of my deafness and showed her the note in my phone, I typed "I want medium oreo milkshake" she went to make me one and turned out she gave me a large cup size instead of medium size. I left, drank some and when I got home, not even after 20 minutes I started to feel nausea and dealt with head pressure. Mind you, I did not have lunch that day. It took me at least 30 minutes to finally threw up like 6 times. I was experiencing food poison, I felt that they did not get fresh and new ingredients, instead they kept something old there. I was upset that I spent nearly $9 for food poisoning! I was dealing with nausea all night and didn't even bother eating dinner that night. This place needs to be inspected because I believe that they are here for profit over caring human beings. I doubt I'll come back to this specific location ever again.

Doesn't surprise me that this place is a 24/7 family-friendly fave neighborhood hangout! Why? Because employees are kind and accommodating, and the ice cream is deliciously made-to-order with all the combos and toppings you crave! This place is always alive and full of energy. The donuts are great but they sell out quickly so make sure you get here in the morning if you want to guarantee your fave. Coffee & tea are good as well, they do not have raw sugar but I can work with regular sugar for the sake of being open 24/7. Baskin-Robbins has their 31 flavors of ice-cream in various kinds of cones. They also serve pints and cakes alongside the regular ice-cream cones. This place is a staple in the community and don't be surprised if there are a ton of people around 4-10 pm.

0 stars Wow, I just had the absolute worst coffee shop/ ice cream shop experience of my life. I ordered an ice cream cake 2 weeks in advance & paid for it. When I went into pick it up I was ignored for at least 5 minutes. Then the manager hid in the back instead of problem solving after THEY didn't prepare my cake.

This place is close to the house so we pass by here when we crave for ice cream. So we don't have difficulty choosing, we get the "flavor of the month" which is usually posted on the wall. The space is wide enough but it can get noisy depending on the number of people. The servers are ok. I love the taste of this ice cream . You can also get donuts in the same store.

Server cheerfully offered taste samples of the new flavors and thanked us again for coming in, as we were leaving.

We went inside to get ice cream and several flavors had freezer burn! Even the tubs on display looked like they had been there for a while - a couple looked like the ice cream had melted then accumulated ice on top. This was the most convenient location so we chose the few flavors that looked the best, but even the Rainbow Sherbet and Chocolate had ice IN IT! The weather has been hot and pleasant.. we were looking forward to ice cream and were very disappointed!

One of the best shops in the area. Very clean and orderly, well organized, and the staff are quite nice. A few tables inside and two outside with canopies.
