Went through a lot of trouble ordering this image cake and made sure it was the right resolution we went through 100 pictures to make sure came all the way from Michigan to spend my birthday with family order a full sheet with a security breach symbol and next day at pick up they tell me the baker went on vacation that I had no cake and this is the second time the first time no image this time no cake it seems like all these baskin ribbons need a complete overhaul with different workers because at every Chicago BR it’s the same kind of reviews you guys are terrible and ruin everything and every occasion I am extremely upset this is the only thing I wanted and I bought it myself I think it’s excuses I don’t see how an only baker goes on vacation or how there’s no back up bakers I hope no one goes here you don’t deserve business you just ruin special occasions.

Got two Oreo milkshakes that smelled and tasted like spoiled milk so i had to pour them out. Doordash only refunded less than half. Don’t recommend.

Filthy location. Ice cream was melting and there is fruit flies everywhere. They also had 0 waffle cones available. Promotional flavor was not available. The cashier lied about the bathrooms being out of order but let another customer use the restroom despite me being very visibly pregnant. Disgusting location that should be shut down.

I was charged $10 and some change for 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup and I was only supposed to pay half because the menu says 2 scoops for $5.00 and some change. They cheated me and I called them to verify the prices.

I was at this location, on Saturday, I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin , When I got back to work, I took my , out the bag,and it was burnt,and hard,I contacted corporate, about the incident, because you knew when, you gave that bagel , to me it was not edible.

I ordered a cake online. An hour prior to my pick up time, Fabiola from this store called and she said the cake is not going to be ready because they do not have the cake and ice cream that I selected. Obviously I got upset because the cake was for a special occasion and they accepted my order made 2 days prior and charged my card. This lady is very rude and has zero customer service. Instead of being apologetic to a customer because she cannot fulfill the order timely, she said she is wasting her time talking to me and she hang up on me. I suggest to the owner to discipline this employee. You cannot have a loyal customer if you have a rude employee like Fabiola!
