Worst customer service we called regarding a missing item on our online order and not even a minute into the phone call the guy just hung up. Kept calling and they wouldn’t pick up and blocked us. They’re got our orders wrong so many times before this time we were going to try something different because of that but this was closer to us. They all literally suck here. Would LOVE to get in touch with higher ups

Such a bad service, i been here for first time, there is an old guy works over there, he is very rude , he dont even have a sense to talk with customers, seems with a negative face and we are paying money , atleast he should be polite with customers😤

I wish I could give zero stars. Don’t waste your money here. I placed an order online for pickup, and when I arrived, the employee told me they didn’t have “Reese’s ice cream.” I called the person who placed the order to confirm—it was supposed to be Reese’s topping, not ice cream. When I asked the employee again, he responded with an attitude, saying, “That’s what I said.” The customer service was absolutely horrendous.

ordered online both the items i wanted were missing gave replacement items that were terrible chocolate pb milk shake was STRAIGHT pb and thats coming from a pb lover. according to the reviews theyre out of stuff all the time and shouldnt be open or delivering. guys passive aggressive. some of my ice cream was also over frosted/freezer burnt

I bought a milk shake and was given only milk. I did not taste even a single bit of my ice cream.
They didn't have the ingredients to make a sundae. The person did not wear gloves when scooping ice cream. The ice cream was frosted over. Not good.
