Such a bad service, i been here for first time, there is an old guy works over there, he is very rude , he dont even have a sense to talk with customers, seems with a negative face and we are paying money , atleast he should be polite with customersš¤

I wish I could give zero stars. Donāt waste your money here. I placed an order online for pickup, and when I arrived, the employee told me they didnāt have āReeseās ice cream.ā I called the person who placed the order to confirmāit was supposed to be Reeseās topping, not ice cream. When I asked the employee again, he responded with an attitude, saying, āThatās what I said.ā The customer service was absolutely horrendous.

ordered online both the items i wanted were missing gave replacement items that were terrible chocolate pb milk shake was STRAIGHT pb and thats coming from a pb lover. according to the reviews theyre out of stuff all the time and shouldnt be open or delivering. guys passive aggressive. some of my ice cream was also over frosted/freezer burnt

They didn't have the ingredients to make a sundae. The person did not wear gloves when scooping ice cream. The ice cream was frosted over. Not good.
