➡️ First Impression:
I visited Baskin-Robbins at Martin L King Jr Dr, 3481 S Dr, Chicago, IL 60616, desperate for a cake since Jewel-Osco was closed, but the pricing left me frustrated despite the quiet setting.

➡️ What I Bought:
I picked up a small cake for $25 plus taxes, one of the few options in the display, as I had no other late-night choices. Other cakes were similarly priced or even more expensive, which added to my shock.

➡️ Taste & Quality:
The cake tasted good—rich and flavorful, which was a small consolation. The quality was decent for a quick buy, but it didn’t match the steep cost.

➡️ Portion vs Price
The quantity was tiny for a $25 small cake, and the fact that other cakes were the same or pricier made it feel completely unjustified. The portion size was disappointing, and the high price tag felt way off for what I got.

➡️ Service & Environment:
The place was very quiet, with a moderate store setup and a good, clean environment that was welcoming. The service was fine, with staff being helpful despite the late hour.

➡️ Final Thoughts:
Baskin-Robbins in Chicago served a tasty cake, but the $25 price for such a small portion—and the even higher costs for other cakes—was a major letdown. The clean, quiet environment was a plus, but the value was way off. I might look elsewhere next time!

I drove from downtown Chicago to this location in order to pick up an order. I get told that the can't be made because of no more ice cream. So my time and gas was wasted into picking up an order. You all need to do better and communicate better.

The employee working that shift are extremely rude to customers and the lacked basic hygiene and were not wearing gloves. I came with a friend to order two milk shakes. My friend ordered one and I was not sure what flavor to get I ask to try two flavor and I was denied. He insisted that I could try only one. So my friend asked to try the other flavor since it was one flavor per person. But she was also denied.We walked out and left first shake even though they were already working on it. Because of the rude attitude of the employee. It is not like we were there only to try and not order. We already ordered one and we were about to order the second.The other employee working that shift just looked as the situation happened. I really hope that their employment is reconsidered since they lack any customer service skills.

Awesome joint, good food and a Great atmosphere. Clean and experienced servers. I really liked this place I can say it's well worth the 5 stars. If you just want a cool and collected outing this is your spot.!!

The guy on night shift is sooo rude. He's always on the phone messing up people's orders. He's not fit to work there at all. Its either he needs more training or should always work under supervision. Never coming here at night again
