They delete their bad reviews. Terrible customer service. They close at 11 but stop serving at 9. Lazy employees, go to a different store

Arrived @9:30 in drive thru all to be told they were closed but online says 11 update hours so people who are having a bad day and just want a cappuccino blast!!! worker was kind to offer something else but whats the point of saying opening to 11 when you aren’t!

Just came through the drive through the service was great. The lady had patience and incredibly helpful. However,We had butter pecan and a strawberry cone plus another flavor with a almond or some sort of nut. And that flavor was rotten. It taste so bad. I suggest someone taste it. It tasted moldy. The service was awesome here. ?

I ordered my cake two weeks prior to pickup and it was so very sloppily made! When the manager as bringing my the cake I was automatically disappointed. The cake was extremely small but when I opened it, the design was smeared!!
