I prepaid for a birthday cake I ordered online with 1 week notice. When we went to go pick it up, they did not have our order and the guy working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us figure out what happened with our order, without looking at our receipt, and without offering other options… he just said to call the 1800 number (that isn’t open on weekends). When we finally asked if they have any other cakes we could purchase, his response was “if you pay for it”. Well no shit!!!!! I don’t know why he wasn’t more helpful in that moment. He was beyond rude. I ended up having to file a dispute through my bank because we never received the product we paid for.

Arrived @9:30 in drive thru all to be told they were closed but online says 11 update hours so people who are having a bad day and just want a cappuccino blast!!! worker was kind to offer something else but whats the point of saying opening to 11 when you aren’t!

Just came through the drive through the service was great. The lady had patience and incredibly helpful. However,We had butter pecan and a strawberry cone plus another flavor with a almond or some sort of nut. And that flavor was rotten. It taste so bad. I suggest someone taste it. It tasted moldy. The service was awesome here. ?

I ordered my cake two weeks prior to pickup and it was so very sloppily made! When the manager as bringing my the cake I was automatically disappointed. The cake was extremely small but when I opened it, the design was smeared!!
