No one answers the phone . Been calling for over 10 hours. Clearly either this place lied or my Uber eats driver lied. But either way I never got my order or refund. Disappointing that no one can pick up a phone though.

I have tried to order from this Baskin Robbins two days in a row. Once my order was cancelled and the other I was charged $30 for an order I didn’t receive. Never again! This location sucks!

Wow going back 9 years of bad service. But say that the ice cream machine is down on the app if it’s down. All I know is that I had a driver messaging me saying that there wasn’t any ice cream couldn’t barely get through then when I did he was rude and told me it was out. Then the Uber eats app almost refused a refund because the store refused to cancel it. All around bad service. Wow 9 yrs tho. That’s crazy.

DO NOT GO TO THE DUNKIN AND BASKIN ROBBINS ON 79TH AND CICERO IN CHICAGO!!! Staff is totally beyond rude and needs to be trained in customer service. Two people saw me waiting and walked away. I had to asked if anyone was working at the ice cream counter before I was eventually acknowledged. I indicated that I was disrespected and WAS NOT ORDERING ANYTHING... EVER!!!?

I ordered through Uber eats I ordered a large peppermint shake and a 3 scoop sundae two scoops of baseball nut and one Reese’s peanut butter cup. I received a medium chocolate shake and two scoops of ices cream one was chocolate chip cookie dough and one strawberry cheesecake. How do you mess up an order that bad. Then went to call the store and no one answered of course. Horrible all around

Today I ordered a caramel blast and they gave me a mocha. I returned it and they only removed something from the top and put more caramel this week, they made a mistake several times, super bad service.

Ordered 2 smoothies and it took nearly 20min for one of them to be wrong. Didn’t complain so I took it , knowing my order was wrong. Not pleased.

Not only was the service so slow, but I just ordered a simple hot chocolate was very water down was barely even around us so how water down it was and then don’t even get me started on how bad my croissant was I don’t think a hot chocolate and a croissant that’s toasted it is too much of a complicated order.

Pay nearly $5.00 for a ice cream scoop and this Baskin Robbins location didn't even put a full roll of a scoop in the cup!!! It literally wasn't even a full circle/scoop...just a few pieces of straight pieces of ice cream dropped in the cup. This is the worse one I've ever been to. Go to another one!!!!
